Re: K-pop.
I love the new SNSD single... Maybe not as much as Gee, but more than Ha Ha Ha. <3 Love the style, it's more sophisticated but still fun pop at the same time. I love the little pause in the middle too... "DJ, put it back on..." I think this is going to be in my head all night long now... <...

Re: Michael Jackson rushed to hospital.
In later years he was a wreck, but he was also one of the most incredible artists of all time. Can anyone think of another artist whose popularity (and later, notoriety) approaches Michael Jackson's? Maybe Madonna, but other than that... He really revolutionized the music industry at the time and so...

Re: [PV] Kago Ai - no hestitAtIon
I like the PV, it shows a much more natural looking Kago than H!P ever did. She feels more real here. The bad is that, while I still like her voice, it doesn't sound as nice on those high notes as in H!P - either she's a little out of practice or the smoking is causing damage. She's still good - but...

Re: Pucchimoni and Tanpopo to come back from the Dead!
That is true, but somehow because I expect it of Morning Musume, I don't mind it. Since they put out so much material, at least there can be a gradual progression... Whereas with the new members and a new music style, there didn't seem to be anything connecting the new line ups of Petit Moni or Tanp...

Re: Think you can make a better H!P PV?
O_O Damn, that is not only THE best green screen removal I've seen, but also very creative and incredibly professional looking. Not as funny as the video game themed one, but what amazing effects, with the color splashes... I'll bet it'll be quite tough for them to decide on a winner. I don't even k...

Re: Pucchimoni and Tanpopo to come back from the Dead!
I'll reserve judgement at least until I see a line-up... But part of me feels like, it's stupid to call them Petit moni or Tanpopo when the members are entirely different, but like TnB said, it is better for marketing due to being established. The question is, even though the name is the same, will ...

1. Is there anyone you have not had a chance to work with that you would like to work with in the future? 2. Re: Think you can make a better H!P PV?
Wow, I loved the cell phone one, but this video game-style one just blew me away!! Incredibly original, the style went with the music perfectly, and it was really funny to boot! It was grainy, but the graininess went with the style and also eliminated the green screen problems rampant in most videos...

I'm just going nuts waiting for the remake of A Boy and his Blob that is slated for the end of this year on the Wii. The original NES game was incredibly innovative (despite the rather steep learning curve and rather lackluster endgame). It's still one of my childhood favorites. I'm really happy wit...

The PV is cute! The song is starting to grow on me, too. Although, I have not personally heard any other versions to compare it to.
I still think Mai is adorable. <3 Still my 2nd favorite C-ute member!

Re: The S/mileage Debut
Love the full version of the song. I really like the verses. Ayaka sounds better in this than she did in Shugo Chara Egg, but she still stands out as a weak link. But it's not that bad. Kanon stands out the most for me, I love the tones of her voice. I also really liked the composition of the song, ...

Sims 3
I'm a huge Sims fan so of course i ran out there to snag a copy of The Sims 3 the other day. Took over an hour to install, but I was optimistic. Re: Erina Mano - Sekai wa Summer Party
Piano parts are great, the eggs are cute bg dancers, Mano's acting in the video is much more "naturally cute" than in the past. Really liked it, until she started singing. She sounds so bored and emotionless! But she was totally cute and likeable in the video... Can H!P just have her pull ...

Blech, this disappoints me. I have a strong dislike for Linlin's voice... Yeah, she's on key, but I just can't stand the sound and tone of her voice. Totally ruined the only song on Cover You that I would have otherwise liked (Koi no dial 6700). Argh. I'm glad for more egg exposure but I doubt I'll ...

Re: Tsunku wants to create a new Minimoni.
Maybe this group will be along the lines of Mini Moni., but not the EXACT same... Like, kid's songs, but no height requirements. But... will it be H!P?? Isn't Mari part of M-Line? I would take a listen, especially if Kanon and Mari are in it. Though that might be odd because Kanon looks and sounds a...

The song preview has me excited, I love the vocals and the style. It's cute fun pop! Can't wait for the full single to hear more, and I really hope this doesn't become one of H!P's one-shot groups. I love the Yuuka-Kanon-Saki combo (and even Wada isn't bugging me too much yet).

Re: Morning Musume's Love Machine remade into After School's Dream Girl
I actually really like it. It's a little more modern sounding, with the electronic music and vocals, but still fun and a little crazy like the original. I'd like to hear better quality audio, but I'm liking the sound of it from the preview.

Love seeing the girls having fun with the signs, swaying back and forth with the refrain. That was totally cute. But otherwise, nothing remarkable other than Yurina looking like a friggin giant next to everyone else and Saki being 90% teeth. Love the song though.

Didn't like this one at first but it is growing on me. The DohhUp version is much more clear than the first Youtube one so it's easier to judge on that. The song is subtle, I'm loving the violins in the background, especially around 3:35. Very pretty. The whole song is very toned down for Momusu but...
