Not surprised to see Kaori so low, since she hasn't exactly been doing a whole lot. Thought Makoto would be higher than at least her and Yasuda, though.

Mizuki's vocal issues seem to be the easiest ones to fix.



Edit: Also, I am completely hearing early Koharu in Kanon. Koharu's voice wasn't unpleasant when she joined, though, it was when she started singing like an anime character than made her unbearable to listen to.

Momoko in a Gaga wig is hilariously adorable. At any rate, I do like the PV. The setup with the flashy background + solo shots makes me think of kpop MVs a lot. The song is enjoyable as well.

Seeing S/mileage on a show like Hello!Morning would be glorious.

lol to be fair there's some mic rips of Koharu from 2009 where she barely sounds better than they do. The other girls don't sound too bad in the form of mic rips. The ones I've heard anyway.

Their debut single sounds like it belongs on the soundtrack for a cheesy 80s film. Not as bad as Coin Jackson's recent debut, but I'm predicting a flop.

Fan account of the 9th gen meeting, for those who can understand this. It looks like they talk a lot about Mizuki.

Just saw all the scans of Aika's photobook. The ocean shots can't have been fun in December, but other than that, she looks pretty amazing throughout the entire thing, with the exception of a few awkward schoolgirl shots. Kudos to whoever took and chose the pictures. Even her chin looks nice! Hopefu...

Kanon and Erina further endear themselves to me. Mizuki is cute. Riho has yet to grow on me, but I think she and Aika were comparing chin length, which I find absolutely hilarious.

Suzuki Kanon, yeah. Having the same name as two other H!P members for everybody's inconvenience.

I don't see any Eri in her shots, but amen to whoever decided that bangs would be good for her photos.

Hopefully the future holds a better agency, although the one she was in did seem to give her a lot of freedom.











Also apparently the title of the 9th gen's debut single is Majidesu ka Suka!.

I just think they'd flatter her more if they were somewhat thicker and went all the way back to the rest of her hair is all.
