Sayumi may have her own UStream, but Reina sings a big part in essentially every MM song after Miki's graduation, just like Ai, and Sayumi, save for like three songs, only sings at most three (solo) lines, even on the B-side songs, so my vote is on Reina.

MM's Namidacchi has a rap, as does Friendship, the B side to W's Miss Love Tantei, which is probably my favorite rap part.
