New member solos finally.

Meimi is adorable. Rina and Take are good as usual. Kanana can't sing. She can't dance either. But she's adorable so I'll let it slide for now.

I love that beginning part that they repeat in the middle and end that Dawa and Mei sing.

Looks like Meimi is the center of the new members.

Cute song, but it's boring. But like all, it will grow on me.

Those pouches remind me of Mini Moni especially how they use them at the end.



I now realize that the sound of S/mileage will change with Yuuka leaving, because her voice is even prominent in group parts.

Oh and this song will only be good if it has an awesome PV to go with it. I sense it will have lots of green screen though.

I like this song, I don't know why it's up so early considering we don't have a Musume rip but it's good.

It's normal to have song previews or even the full song or pv a month before, but in MM's case they are training the new members, and I'm sure this song was recorded first, they're just releasing it later to be on Yuuka's b-day.

I love this song! It's super adorable and I'm really surprised at how good they all sound. I didn't even notice Wada's usually grating voice. I also hope these aren't the real bags they use with the costumes because they seem to be falling apart. o.O



I'm just now realizing that this is going to be almost an entirely new group soon. I know, I'm super late at getting this. It's weird though, because that happens to MM all the time and it never bothers me. I guess it just seems odd because it happened so fast. But since I really like this single and I still have Kanon, I guess I'm not giving up on S/mileage yet. I should really learn the names and faces of all these new people.

I do agree that the new members will change the sound of the group, and I think they'll be better because of it. I had never taken an interest in S/mileage until the new members came along, but I already like the new vocal dynamics they're bringing.

I think it would have been a little harsh to kick any of them out. Seems like the entire "sub-members might get kicked out" thing was an empty threat to inspire the girls to work hard as well as a clever(?) marketing tactic. Yuuka knew it would happen seemingly without a doubt.

Meimi is a really great dancer! She annoys me (as all of the former submembers do), but she can dance really well. Wow.



Watching Kana flub everything was absolutely hilarious. After a super stressful day, it feels nice to just laugh at this girl look around unsure of herself and screw up absolutely EVERYTHING while the other girls are in almost perfect synchronisation. Though deep down I think they didn't add her because to me she reminds me to much visually like Kanon. Though right now Kanon is starting to look like a mini version of Tokito Ami minus the glasses. She outgrew her Kago stage.
