The announcement is on their youtube channel. It was a surprise, handed to Momo during the middle of an event and Airi absolutely freaked out. She was running in circles and bouncing all over the stage. The girl is such an adorable spaz.

A small report,



Got the bullet train to Paris on Saturday afternoon and arr. 19:00 in the hotel maybe 400 metres from the moulin rouge, where the concert was held.



Met up with 3 other dutchies who were also staying in the same hotel.

After a big breakfast we checked the Moulin and there were already 60 people waiting .

So we decide to stay there as wel .

Tempeatures were below 0. So to keep warm we went to burger restaurant/piss-poop in hotel and the others holding our positions and vice-versa.



I think on 14:00 Buono arrived in a small van .

They let us in at 1700 and we were in row 5 <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... nceman.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':danceman:' />



They showed on a big screen the latest HP P.V.'s and Concert started on 18:00 with

After the concert we grabbed a few burgers and at 2100 we decided to go to the Moulin Rouge exit to take a look when they were leaving.



There were maybe 40 people, so we were just standing there and Buono and staff walked to the car.



There were 12 Japanese wota's standing a little bit forlorn and they joined us for a Afterparty with a few HO online members in the Australian pub.





The sound in the Moulin was shitty but we had a great weekend in Paris.

I took the bullet train on sunday together with my sister who isn't into Japanese music. After checking in at the hotel we went to the line around half past 3. The line was already pretty long around the corner and up the hill. There was such a long line of people that sometimes people came to ask what everyone was waiting for. After getting in we walked past the long merchandise line and saw that the pit in front of the stage was already pretty full. The big screen was playing Smileage's latest single and the crowd was having a good time singing along. Before the entrance to the concert room they handed out free glowsticks, which was awesome (me and my sister each got three <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... #>/jam.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':jam:' /> ). I found a great spot on the side where I could lean on the railing with my taller sister standing behind me, but then I let someone shorter in front of me and I spent the entire concert bendy-leaning against a pillar over a humongous, huge-ass luggage someone had put in the path. I was stiff after the concert but I had a great view of the whole stage and good sound.



There was no live band which was a bit dissappointing, but the girls sounded great. All three of them are such amazing performers. They sound consistently great even while dancing. Compared to Morning Musume where there's a pretty big difference in performance skills, with Buono they are all top level. They looked great as well, of course, though I couldn't help notice that compared to the other two, Momoko has zero sex-appeal, haha <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... deways.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':sideways:' /> . The concert felt a bit short. There was a encore call that went on for a long time. Then the lights went on and a lady came out saying: "The concert is over! Go away!", which wasn't very nice. People booed a bit. Compared to the tour they are doing now in Japan, they cut the medley, the solos and all of the slow songs (what's up with that?). I would much rather they had a longer concert instead of the signing session at the end which was only open for a select group (lucky bastards! <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... dammit.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':dammit:' /> ).



After the concert we went back to the hotel. My sister said she thought they were really good and that she had a good time which made me happy <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... /weeeh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':weeeh:' /> She liked Miyabi's singing. I love all three of them and would gladly make the trip again if they ever return to Europe.

I was a little surprised when I read the setlist and also saw that there was no encore. You'd think after dragging them all the way to France (to perform in an actual famous venue, no less) the least logical thing to do would be to shorten the concert. Unless it was some restriction imposed by the venue...

But, yeah, after going to so many concerts in Japan, I expect an encore regardless of who it is. Or at least let them come out onto the stage afterwards for a final farewell message.

I heard 800 tickets were sold. The Japanese media says there were 1000 fans. It wasn't a very big place and it seemed over-packed.

Everyone who bought tickets to the concert got an email saying registration for the signing session would open on the website on a specific time and the first 100 people who registered got to go. As you can expect the website was overloaded and unaccessible for most people. I reloaded the page for about 20 minutes till I got a message saying registration was full. There was also a signing session the day before, but I have no idea how people knew about it and registered for it.
