Shit like this is awful. Stuff like this is the reason so many celebrities have committed suicide. And yet, no one is doing anything about it. I don't even like Block B, and when I watched the interview, I thought they were being little assholes. But what kind of person tells another person to kill themself?

[/quote]

Also in response to your other post, I think you're absolutely right. I forget that it really is much easier said than done to simply "ignore" stuff like that. I didn't realize the flood of negative comments was THAT extreme.

I think what I was trying to say is that something like this shouldn't be what destroys thier reputation and careers. It's so sad and it's complete cyber violence. All those threats are coming from the world's most insecure and cowardly people.

So, T-ara plan to release a third album this year, increase their Japanese activities, and they won't be doing any acting.

Wow. Wooooow. JYJ gets caught verbally and physically assaulting stalker fans. I linked to the Omona version because someone also posted further translations in the comments.

This is on the heels of that video of Yoochun getting violent with a fan. Ugh.

I can understand being frustrated and overwhelmed... being stalked is obviously AWFUL. But that rant was nuts, and hitting someone over and over is also nuts.

Edit: Someone with annoying autoplay on their tumblr summed up all the crap stalker fans have done to TVXQ.

I hadn't heard about Yoochun's thing at all, but I'm going to open can o' wormies and say I agree with this comment 2/3rds down the Omona page:

Okay seriously the fact that they call that a 'beating' pisses me off so much.

Fans and anti's can stalk these celebs, follow them everywhere, not give them any privacy, scream all kinds of shit at them, grab them, harass them, videotape them everywhere they go but if they ever slip up ever once they're suddenly women beaters and terrible people.

Being stalked is not fun.

Being constantly harassed is not fun.

Yes he is in the wrong for raising his hand to another human being but seriously these fans or antis or whoever are out of control and have been for years.

The first video of all this mess is down wherever it's been linked, but these people are batshit and I can't even begin to imagine how fed up I'd be after 13 years of it. The first video is apparently where the worst of it happened, so I might drastically change what I think about it after seeing what everyone's calling the "beating" part of it.

Doesn't make it right, but these insane people have had this coming for a while since it's only a matter of time before people snap.

While "beating" is an exaggeration, piecing together the videos shoes that he didn't just smack her once. He smacked her multiple times, pulled her hair, and shoved her head down. And it's not as if she was fighting back; she was shielding herself with her arms.

It's a really tricky thing because obviously these stalker fans are NUTS, and I can't possibly put myself in their shoes long enough to imagine how their actions wear a person down. On the other hand, physical violence IS NOT COOL. A grown man smacking around a girl IS NOT COOL. And that tirade about how they didn't buy enough CDs is also really odd. And he made it sound like he hit them all the time, and he mocked them for going to the police with swollen faces afterward. That is never never never ever okay.

Nobody looks good in this situation.

As an aside, I'm not particularly a TVXQ or JYJ fan at all... but someone mentioned it being odd that SM seemed to be coming out on the wrong end of the lawsuit and suddenly these old videos come out. I don't know how likely it is that this is in some way something SM did, but it's unusual that all these old videos come out with just JYJ members incriminated.

It could be SM's doing. Or someone else who was previously being convinced by SM not to release them. JYJ don't have a big company behind them anymore that can hide all their wrong-doings.

At any rate, I think both parties are in the wrong. You can't justify the fan's behavior, but you definitely can't justify the guys themselves responding the way they have. Makes them no better than the fans themselves. There's no good defense for either party.

Where are you getting 13 years from? You must be thinking of someone else. DBSK debuted in 03.

They have fans and antis before debuting, don't they? <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... mellow.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> But I just estimated since I couldn't remember when they debuted.

Maybe once the group is announced, but for the most part, very little is known about them while they're trainees. The only two SNSD members anyone was aware of before the group was announced was Hyoyeon and Jessica. And maybe Yoona. No one really cares about them while they're trainees. There's so many that never debut.

SHINee did a new thing. I'm not a fan of them, really, but I can't deny they are fabulous dancers and I think it's a great song. The video's even decent, except for being marred by some of the absolute worst styling I've ever witnessed in K-pop.

"What says 'Victorian detective' to you?"

"Native American hip hop tracksuit paired with dollar store weave."

<img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... hatthe.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':whatthe:' />

Anyway, check out the dance practice video because it's pretty rad and there's no tragic weave involved.

That dance is the only reason I like the song. Shinee have always had horrible styling.

Oh and by new thing you mean a Music Video that wasn't just a dance shot in a giant room and had an actual story line?

At first it might seem as if SNSD is going to do/sign I'm the best, but that is not really the case:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o3yY9XeokXI

But still, I found it to be entertaining. Despite some ugly korean male hoping around in the upper left.

Here's some kind of "original" version of the appearance 2NE1 did:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-qijj153FA

I just found this post-worthy because of the "cross-over"...

Hey guys! I found a MV worse then a UFA H!P video. And I would have left it at that until something ELSE caught my eye.

The MV has Renai Hunter Magazine shots. (Although poorly done) I find it rather freaky that both this MV and Renai Hunter were released around the same time. Real freaky! Image

(I'm going to go cause trouble on H!O now with this.) <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... R#>/8o.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='8o' />

I was going to say "duh, me", but after actually looking through my music manager I see that the only thing I have by them is their recently-released mini-album, which I downloaded after I saw it somewhere and thought to myself, "Ooh, CNBLUE. I have a bunch of their stuff and like them."

That refrain is so weird. lol

It's so un-melodic. The overall beat is also a bit too flat and simplistic for my taste.
