Berryz : The seven beauties from Berryz Kobo. This is a new challenge for the girls. They will keep challenging any thing that comes their way. Let's have a great year with them!

That was the only thing interesting about that cover. Reminds me of last year. Why can't they get a group shot like everyone else?



Mano: Those eyes, I feel like she's going to murder me if I turn away.



C-ute: Reminds me of Morning Musume's 2012 calendar.



S/mileage: I was hoping that the border was cuter then that. :< But I like the outfits



Morning Musume: I am disappointment. From the small preview it looked SO promising with the purikura style. But those pixels man. I hate pixels! I hope that's just like a really bad blow up job, but I know it probably isn't.

I never paid much attention to Chinami, but she looks gorgeous!

MM's looked cute small, but the pixelation bothers me.

Agree with all the Chinami comments. She's the one that stuck out by far to me (Except Risako and her hair). Everyone else just seems to fade together. Berryz seems like the most distinctive group, though.

They hit the jackpot with the Kids. They were all picked up so young there was no way anyone could have known they'd all turn out good looking.

I love every member of Berryz except for that goddamned Momoko. She was a lot better in the groups younger years. I loved those times where she didn't act and look like a two year-old. Anyway, as much as I hate her, I feel it's just not Berryz without her. Just like its just not Berryz without Maiha (<- feel free to disagree, but I love Maiha and I want her back)

I'm not against Momoko, it's just those pigtails are uneccesary. Especially in that picture where everyone is trying to look sexy. She really ruins it anytime Berryz does that with the pigtails. I get it's her character, but really, you don't have to act like that 24/7.

Don't hate the pigtails. You only hate them because you hate Momoko's character. But try looking at it objectively. If I didn't know better, I could have been fooled that this was a picture of another K-pop group. Gorgeous, and equally forgettable. But I'd remember Momoko as she's the only one who conveys some kind of a memorable personality. Still sexy, just with pigtails. And a frilly black nightgown.

I have to confess that seeing Momoko in person at AnimeNext gave me new respect for her. I don't like the pigtails either, but she exuded stardom like you wouldn't believe. And she was totally in character the whole weekend. She had witty responses that rolled right out at every opportunity. And she was tireless.
