Is it really necessary to point out every time PQ has a grammar mixup? It's not like she's a newbie making massively offensive posts.

Back to the single, I'm kind of disappointed with the b-sides. I love the Reina/Masaki/Haruka one, which surprised me because I'm not normally a fan of Reina or Masaki's voices. Reina sounds better on these mellower songs, she doesn't squeak as much. Masaki didn't use her nasal voice as much which was nice. She's not a bad singer, it's just that nasally thing she does to sound cute or something that irritates me. The rest of the songs were just kind of generic, not very memorable, and poorly suited to the voices of the girls. Love Innovation is slowly growing on me though.

[/quote]

I only mentioned it because the very next person who posted made the same error. The comment was mostly a joke about it spreading. I commented on the actual content of both posts too, I wasn't being a bully.

How does 1-2-3 sell 13,824 its third day and Take a Chance only sell 3,995? That's a huge disparity.

Far less promotional events this time around. They've been doing TV and radio spots all over in small groups, but I don't think they've done any handshake type events this week.

I really wanted to like this song, but unlike the previous single I just can't sit through it. I can see why it fell so hard - it's not that great. It doesn't deserve the sales that the 50th single got.

Maybe next time Tsunku will go with one sound instead of sticking a bunch of different random melodies together. That is my wish!

I actually love that about this song, there are so many songs and I would say 99.9% of all pop songs ever that go verse - bridge - chorus repeat for 3mins and finish.

The fact that a group like momusu can do so something new and challenging, I love that.

To put it into perspective

seishun sold 40k

onna to 42k

maji desu ka - 33k

pyoko sold 26k

I know it's behind 1,2,3 but it's MILES ahead of some of the other recent singles

And yeah, it's still like the best selling single in 6 friggin' years excluding 1,2,3. I was just hoping it would be less of a dip.

I can honestly say, for the last three singles, that I've kept the instrumental track because it's cool even without them singing over it. I guess I just like this type of music. It's very very rare that I'll save the instrumental tracks. I usually never bother ripping them, or I never buy them off iTunes.

You know Tsunku is probably going to go in another direction for 2013. He never sticks with one style for long, and that's why I love him. Image Now this isn't to say his next venture with Musume will be fruitful, but I hope it is.

Hooray! I liked this song immediately, then I got tired of it almost as immediately, then it re-grew on me and it's been stuck in my head pretty much nonstop since the final PV came out.

I'm looking forward to watching this group grow up.

I can't say that I definitely love this song or anything, but it has started to grow on me since my first listen of it.

Will never love the cutesy chanting though. Never.

I loved this song at first, but the more I listen to it, the less I like it. I usually don't like this type of music, but I don't like all the cutesy stuff either(Like that god aweful Pyoko Pyoko Ultra <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... #>/dry.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='<_<' /> ). I like the more serious or emotional songs like Do It Now, Shabondama, Osaka Koi-no Uta, and Egao YES Nude.

Back to my point. I loved it, but then its effect kinda just wore off.

Oda Sakura version.

It's actually kind of awkward because it's not really much of a solo dance, and because it's up close the entire time.

Yeah I wish it wasn't so close up. But for the most part she seems like a pretty good dancer? Except for...that one part that I can't describe. The same one I always think Harunan looks extremely awkward during.

I think enmi is talking about the part where Haruna is up front and they're kind of waving their arms around. Right before the chorus.

YES that is what I mean. But it's like...not waving, but the opposite? Cuz they go down...I have no idea how to explain myself here.

She's a bit stiff in her movements like Haruna, she needs some more flexibility. Just give it some time. Otherwise she seems like a decent dancer. She needs to work on her facial expressions during dancing though.

That new-girl-version is weird.

Not because of her, but because of the camera.

After watching the UStream, I'll say New Girl definitely has confidence. She's looks far older than she is, and she bounces back and forth between serious and goofy. At the moment it looks like her current job is to be Masaki's handler/playmate.

awful, indeed.

When they put up the word STOP, it made me think of those videos that are supposed to discourage piracy.

They did correctly write 51st in the PV, at least.

OK, I'm calling it now, next single they'll have a video showing the replacement of the poster and people standing around waiting to see the new girl in the photo. You know, because that's what you should do when you add only 1 member. Bring back Dance Man as an arranger too!

1:09-1:15ish. It could just be that that's really awkward alone, but I always cringed watching Harunan do that part (as she is right up front) and this gave me the same feeling. Otherwise I say she gets an A for dancing.

That 109 video is the lamest thing I've ever seen.

Why would you make a mv with them putting up a poster?

They did that with 1-2-3 too. But, in that one they just set it to music and it was fine.

I don't think it would be as bad if they had just left the video as it was recorded (Showing only them putting up the poster) and not fucked around with special effects.

Anybody else notice the increase of MoMusu promotion lately?

Haha, I was mostly kidding about the dance. Most of the recent singles have their awkward parts. Haruna's dancing has improved so much recently.

Even if it is weird poster PVs, I'm glad they are increasing promotion efforts. It definitely pays off, and I hope hope hope they're starting to realize that instead of just relying on MM's name and history for sales.

Even though I don't really like this song, I'd rather listen to it than Love Machine or any of the pre-4th gen songs tbqh. There needs to be a retiring festival, where they are performed one last time and then NEVER. EVER. AGAIN.

to be honest, even one more time would be one more time too many for me.

Although I'd kill to see the current lineup do some old b-sides like Happy Night or Say Yeah
