I like it, but I kind of feel they should have just left out the dance portions completely. The dance looks amazing as a whole, but really disjointed when they just show snippets of it like that.

I like the PV. They've finally found a way to balance everything. Only complaint is too much Riho, but since she's the center of the dance I guess it's expected. I liked how they put their faces on the billboards on the dance shots.

I think the PV is kind of boring and that they had the potential to do a lot more with it. But the song has officially grown on me and I've been blown away by the dance from the beginning.

I think if they had timed the cuts better to the music then having the dance in the video would have been better. It was pretty random as to when they put the dance portions in.



For example, during the Reina -> Riho -> Masaki/Ayumi -> Sayumi/Mizuki part it could have changed between close-up and dance shot per line.

It's not the greatest, but it's way higher than my expectations and I liked it. The director probably did the best he could with HP's $100 pv budget.

Kinda sad how you can barely see Eripon and Zukki in the shots.



Haruka looks fantastic. Whoever gave her that cap deserves a raise.



They did a good job of showcasing Sakura. Just enough of her to make you interested in learning more.

Hearing this song so many times makes me realize that Sakura is a bit shouty in her lines? Or is it just me...

I like how they have the chorus with all the lights for the Kirakira part.

Sakura tends to put a bit too much power into her singing, and she kind of loses control of it sometimes (it's more noticeable in her second line). I would say that's her main weakness, but it's not serious enough to bother me.



MV is okay. Everybody looks pretty. That's all I've come to expect, so I'm not disappointed. *sigh*

I actually like the PV, but I had to watch it a couple times because I kept getting distracted by all the stuff in the background.

I still wish the parts with them just standing there would have had the other outfits.

I love the build up to the all out CG fest chaos of all the girls head shots coming in and out. That was great.



I don't know how any can find disappointment in this PV considering what has come before it in the last couple of years. Personally, I haven't liked a PV since Kago and Tsuji left. This is probably my new favorite PV, there's just so much to look at and notice that I'll probably watch this thing a couple more times to absorb it all. I think that's the mark of a good PV for me. Makes you want to go back to see something you missed and take it all in. But that's just my own personal opinion.

It made me kind of sad watching this. Other then that the PV only had the one cool moment when they were talking. Other then that it was just boring.

Word. This is exactly how I felt. Even putting what has come before it aside, I'm a little confused as to what sort of expectations people have for any PV to be entertaining. I know that some people like all PVs to have stories, so I guess I can get that. I'm just not in that camp.

This is the most effort I've seen in an MM PV in years, so kudos to that. Seems like with all the separate dance shots, filming took a while (AKA huge budget compared to others).



I'm not sure what UFP is up to with this surge in quality with MM releases, but definitely keep it coming.

I like the PV but a totally agree that more of the dance should have been incorporated. I like the Dance Shot version a little more...



The close-ups are stunning and everything is bright and vibrant and cool! The part mid- way were they were nodding their heads Mizuki's facial expression was beyond sexy and I wish they didn't cut so much out of that part. : (





My favorite b-side is the Riho-Sakura duet, mostly because of the electronic beat.

They flash that Morning Musume a couple times, I think. At least twice. I thought I imagined it the first time. I love it! They should've used that font on one of the covers.



If I hadn't seen the dance shot before this video, I think I'd be more impressed. That being said, even though it is green screen, the CG is really neat, and I really like what the did with the girls.



Haruka just exudes confidence in this video!



I like the parts around 3:39 with the aura flash around Reina.

They must have changed something because I don't see how the same group of people went from thinking pyoko pyoko ultra is a good idea to creating the last three videos, which while not being perfect are all awesomely cool.



The whole group seems to be improving, the dance to this song isn't just any old crap, you can tell someone has thought about it, how the songs effects have a futuristic robot smooth movement type vibe and they created a dance routine to go with it.



Personally I'm not a fan of videos that have a story in them, to me that just became a movie with some background music as opposed to a music video, but that's just me

Put some production value in the MV

Learn that "production value" does not mean just using all fx you have at hand

Make a full green-screen MV not look like total ass



TO DO

Be creative and break out of the dance shot-close up regime

Have an actual story to the MV

Screw screen times, if it benefits the MV that half the girls only get to be extras or background dancers, so be it

Go outside and shoot on locations

Have a bit more dynamic shots, and I don't mean just dollying back and forth

Hire a competent director and DP to make the MV

Release 15 minute long story version of the MV on a BD Single V





I approve of this MV. It's the third MV in a row that I wouldn't be embarrassed to show to uninitiated people, which is amazing. It's not ideal, but as many have said, they have learned their tools a bit better and found a balance to the effects and CGI. Though haters can shut up, the previous two MVs were great too. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... smooch.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='=3=' />



It was pretty obvious that the backgrounds were actually sexed up photos, which is actually pretty neat. I'm waiting for a HD version to come up, because this MV will stand a lot of repeat close viewings to catch all the tiny details in the backgrounds. Or foregrounds, like the "Morning Musume" caption people have posted. I'll be disappointed if there aren't at least 5 obscure easter eggs on those big screens in the background.

It's low resolution of the video with high compression on top of that. Wait for a HDTV rip, or be a good fan and buy the Single V like UFP wants you to.





And please, fix your avatar while waiting, it's all squished.
