I don't think it's flattering on a face as round as hers, but I guess after 10 years it was time for a change of scenery? I say it's only a matter of time until she dyes it. I hope she at least lets it grow out a bit instead of keeping it this short for long.
 
Edit: No actually I already miss the long hair. No one in H!P had a better mane than long hair Maasa.

It was a shock to begin with but she's so fucking cute that she could pull off being bald imo. I think she looks absolutely adorable and nothing will stop me loving Maa. I really admire her guts too, I've always wanted a short cut like that but I know it'd make me look boyish as hell. I don't think she looks boyish at all, just sweet. That outfit looked good on none of them though. Why a big star collar?

Yes, her long hair was gorgeous, but she's had it long forever; heaven forbid she cuts it.  At least she didn't dye it.  It's not the most flattering of haircuts, but it's not horrible.  And honestly, just looking at the Berryz photo above reminded me that nothing can be as atrocious as the color/style of Risako's.

The Maasa cut is ok ish. She looks a lot younger and I didn't recognize her at all in the Berryz Picture, but It'll grow out. Eventually...

She could dye her hair vomit green and I would still think it was gorgeous.
