Wait you guys, so berryz isn't ending immediately? <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... #>/huh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> They actually have good news?
Unbelievable. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... /noway.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':noway:' />
I really love the design of the wristbands, but it's sad that the "Ma" is gone now.
Damn it, Reina didn't do the rap in Daite! HOLD ON ME.

Got ya, is this going to affect the US iTunes release in any way? I know it did with PPU and it's school girl mathamatics tie-in.

It sounds like even the super electronificated girls were live.

Re: H!P Haru no Dai Kansha Hinamatsuri Festival
OK this might sound like a stupid question...but did the girls know about this Pretty Cure thing before hand? Because in the rehearsal video it was like they were completely baffled as to why they were performing that song.

I admit they are a bit creepy depicted in those costumes, but they are so much cuter in the anime.

Re: H!P Haru no Dai Kansha Hinamatsuri Festival
I'm reading this thread for the first time now. What was this? It sounds like an H!P summer concert held in March. What was the occasion for it?
The DVDs are coming out tomorrow, two of them, by these titles:
Hello! Project Haru no Dai Kanshasai Hinamatsuri Festival 2013 - Berryz Kobo 10 Nenme Totsunyu Special! –
<a href="http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/detailview.htm ... BE-5467</a>
Hello! Project Haru no Dai Kanshasai Hinamatsuri Festival 2013 - Thank You For Your Love!
<a href="http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/detailview.htm ... BE-5468</a>
And the Blu-ray combines both of them and is also coming out tomorrow, under this title:
'"Hello! Project Haru no Dai Kanshasai Hinamatsuri Festival 2013.3.3" Kanzen Ban
<a href="http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/detailview.htm ... XE-5038</a>
What's the difference between this and the winter/summer H!P concerts?
Who's in this that won't be around anymore, e.g. is Reina or Mano in it?
Juice=Juice is in it, which means I won't have to wait till the summer concert to see them perform live.
Thanks.

Re: H!P Haru no Dai Kansha Hinamatsuri Festival
This was held at the same time as the Satoyama event at the Pacifico Yokohama City Tenji Hall (C-ute last concert was held here). There was tons of running around as they were live streaming the Satoyama event on uStream at the same time.
It was a two day long festival celebrating Hinamatsuri (duh) and the start of Berryz 10th anniversary. The concert venue was rather large.
It's just a special concert they held, mainly for the fans. It wasn't a tour like a normal H!P concert is.
Reina was in it, Mano was not. And now Aina is gone. *sob sob*

No that was the concert they held in May at Hibya, right before Reina' graduation, that was for Hibiya Amphitheater's 90th birthday. <a href="http://sgcafe.com/2013/05/kitty-collabo ... >Source</a>

I'd like to hear Madara's thoughts on how he thought Chisato dealt with her little problem. I thought she did great personally.

Re: H!P Haru no Dai Kansha Hinamatsuri Festival
Saki's solo was gorgeous. Gorgeous.
Chisato handled that like a pro; but at that point the song was almost over so it seemed pointless for the tech to come out to try and reconnect the earpiece.

I dunno... I guess?
Anyway~
My thoughts after watching the "Thank You for Your Love" concert. aka The one with the solos!
This was a BIG concert venue, more then one stage! It didn't look so big in the news segments, but here you can really see the vastness of it all. This is almost on par with the old H!P concerts they use to do with the Elder Club/Wonderful Hearts days.
Nakky did okay, not the best, but okay.
Rina also did okay, the song really isn't meant to be a solo song.
Captain, holy crap she did good. She's suited to the ballads.
Chisato, despite her setbacks she worked it like a pro. If she hadn't kept messing with her ear I probably wouldn't have known there was something wrong. Since I have no idea how ear pieces work, I don't know what the problem was exactly.
Momoko, classic Momoko.
Reina, classic Musume. At least she sang it and not something newer. I actually like classic Musume (Not Love Machine) and it never gets done enough anymore.
You know, I wouldn't mind them doing something like this again. Let all the girls pick their own songs and let them having a solo corner in the next H!P concert. Do the lottery system again, whatever just do it. I love this type of stuff. It also promotes improvement for the background members that never really get to sing.
Berryz Section - Risako was having problems with her ear piece too during the first song. Of course, unlike Chisato, they cut her out while they were fixing her a few times, but she seemed to have a few more problems into the second song.
I hope they have a ceremonial burning of those Berryz costumes once they are done with them. Hideous things.
Musume Section - I love Naichau Kamo.. did Riho REALLY need to have all those lines? They pulled the carts out for Morning Musume, can't tire them out too much.
Satoyama Section - Despite what the setlist says, Tasaki Asahi performed first, then Green Fields (I like them... shut up, I like them! They had a kazoo in the song!), DIY, Harvest and then Peaberry
C-ute Section - Got nothing to complain about, but I must say, Seishun Song is like my jam of 2013. It works SO much better as a group song instead of a Maimi solo. So happy they redid this song for the Best of Album.
S/mileage Section - During Otona no Tochuu, the skirts were dancing more than the girls.
Last up, Busu ni Naranai Tetsugaku. Haven't heard it in awhile. I also think it's time for Tsunku to create a new H!P song. With H!P starting to become popular again, it only seems right.
I'm going to watch the Berryz special one tomorrow.

I presume she couldn't hear herself...?

I dunno... I guess?

This is a place where a signature goes. Enjoy some Airi instead.

I'd like to hear Madara's thoughts on how he thought Chisato dealt with her little problem. I thought she did great personally.

Well, I watched it on the link you provided earlier and I thought she did fine. Singing-wise, it may be the best rendition of that song I've ever heard. (Unless Risako's ever done a solo of it.) Like Valerie, I felt the techie should have stayed off-stage. Chisato was working it.
Are we sure that exact number is on the Blu-ray? (Well, I'll soon find out, won't I?)
