I'm actually kind of excited about this (if Masaki sings in her good voice and not her nasal-kid voice). But until yuzu pointed it out to me I had forgotten Masaki has already been in one of these units so it kind of sucks that they aren't using some of the other girls - especially some of the best singers like Sakura, Mizuki, and Meimi (I'd include Kanon but I'm no longer surprised by her being shafted). It's also weird that they keep leaving out some of the most popular girls, like Sayu and Momoko.

I don't think it's that weird, I mean the reason those two girls are some of the most popular is because they're already doing so much stuff in comparison to everyone else in their respective groups.

I would say it's the opposite. They get to do lots of stuff because they're popular. Gigs don't just arbitrarily get booked, it's all about demand. Vocally Peaberry was a terrible idea, but it was obvious those two girls were put together based on popularity. I'm sure that's the same reason Masaki is appearing in another unit.

Seriously though it's like they made this duo in an attempt to unite some of the most annoying fanbases in H!P.

There's a fuckton of talented girls they could've done this with. I'm sick of Masaki's face in these units and if we want to be technical Juice=Juice isn't even a proper part of H!P yet. I want to see Sakura in a unit, or Mizuki. Age clearly isn't an issue anymore.

I think Sakura is a bit too deep for Karin, who is fairly high pitched most of the time if you ask me. Sakura with like, Haruka or something would have been a good fit.

I prefer it when one girl has a higher voice and the other one is lower. I like the contrast. What I don't like is a painfully thin, strained voice with a fuller, richer voice. There is nothing more annoying to me than that.

But they have different ranges they can sing in, it's not like Sakura is restricted to singing low and Karin to singing high.

I am mostly indifferent? Not sure how Masaki and Karin are gonna sound together and they aren't my favorite-favorites but I like them marginally more than Riho and Ayacho. And if Karin being in a shuffle opens the doors for the other J=J girls to do the same then I'm all for it!

This is the kind of shit why I consider leaving. It's bad enough when our favourites (not just Zukki but Sakura and Mizuki and a ton of other girls who deserve a unit) don't get a push but for people to be like "haha lol ur favourite is in the back again," it's annoying as shit. Let us have our moment without provoking us anymore.
