Number explanations as best I can:
Sayumi - 011 for eleven generations of Morning Musume?
Mizuki - 29 = Fu-ku or Tsu-gu if her Momoko fandom is coming out.
Eripon - Her birthday is 7/7/97. 7x3=21 Edit: It's actually for Ni-i is what she said last year.
Riho - 384 = Sa-ya-shi
Kanon - 985 for 8/5/98 which is her birthday
Haruna - 10th gen's anniversary is 10/7 so they're lucky number 7. The upcoming single will also be 10th gen's 7th.
Ayumi - Her birthday is on the 7th of January and she was born in 1997. I guess she could be adding the sevens together.
Masaki - No clue.
Haruka - Also no clue.
Sakura - Her birthday is 3/12
 
Captain - 432 = Shi-mi-zu
Momoko - NyanNyan
Chinami - Everyone stop changing your numbers.
Maasa - Just recently turned 21.
Miyabi - 38 = Mi-ya
Yurina - 901 = Ku-ma-i
Risako - Lucky 7 for Berryz.
 
Maimi - 910 is kyuu-to and also C-ute day.
Nakky - Last year she said 100 because of it's consistency.
Airi - Her birthday is 4/12
Chisato - Same as Maimi.
Mai - Her birthday is 2/7
 
Dawa - For the number of souls she has. Really, though, I have no idea.
Kanon - 24 for Nyon
Kana - Turned 16 this year
Akari - Maybe this is some joke between her and Dawa.
Rina - S/mileage confuse me :(
Meimi - Rock (0), scissors (2), paper (5). <- last year's explanation
 
Yuka - Her birthday is 4/2
Akari - I'm out of ideas
Tomoko - Her birthday is 7/2
Karin - Her birthday is 12/1
Sayuki - Her birthday is NOT 9/21 but 4/21 so I don't know what she's going for here.
 
Aika - 321 for mi-tsu=i

Haruka's is probably a reference to Thousand Sunny from One Piece, especially with that art ( 325 = san-ni-go = Sunny-go? )
 
Also Momoko's is supposed to be 'ni-ni' for 'nyan nyan' or something. I remember seeing that on her blog.

Well when she first joined I thought she looked alright but the black hair mixed with those eyes and her haircut just made her look awkward IMO and I didn't notice her much. Ever since she dyed her hair a few months ago though she's just been getting more and more gorgeous. The hair color suits her perfectly, her eyes are stunning as always, and she's really learning to work the camera. She's quickly climbing up my idol ladder.

Everything about this photo is excellent and flawless. Erina looks stunning! And seriously, when Ayumi joined, she wasn't pretty. She just has a weird facial shape, but she's learned how to embrace and work it and my goodness she's phenomenally gorgeous doing it. I think people with pronounced features (like a strong jawline, brow, etc.) have great potential to embrace those features and learn how to work them, but most often people just try to downplay it to look more... standard/conventional. Ayumi has a glam squad behind her to help, but either way she looks excellent with whatever she's been doing recently embracing her unique features.
