Hello!Spam :: 2013 Hello!Budokan or Bust Edition!

An old film school buddy who's done well for himself as a lawyer has a summer house in the Hamptons and he invited me this past weekend. Since last Thursday was the anniversary of my discovery of MM and H!P and I try to watch the H!P Winter 2004 concert, the one that started it all, every year around this time and I hadn't yet gotten to it, I brought the DVD with me. My friend knows about my obsession with J-pop and has seen the pix of me with MM and Berryz, but he's never been exposed to the music. So I used the opportunity on Saturday morning, while he was still a little groggy, to show him portions of that concert on my portable DVD while he was having his coffee.

 
He watched quite a few numbers in their entirety and, as these pix indicate, he even made it to Nacchi's graduation:


 
While he's not a convert to the music, he did allow as to how gorgeous and cute the girls are.

So in this picture there are five that graduated - Junjun, Maeda Yuuka, Linlin, Niigaki Risa & Ogawa Saki.
