A K-pop-inspired show about a trio of Asian/Asian-American girls premieres on Nickelodeon tonight. It's called "Make It Pop" and it's reviewed in The New York Times today:

Block B now has a sub-unit called BASTARZ and Zero for Conduct is their debut song.
I said in the 2014 K-pop Census Giveaway Ranking Top Favorite songs of the year thread that Block B is my favorite boyband and I'm really happy my 2 favorite members are in the sub-unit :)

EXID - Ah Yeah MV

Choreo could be better but the song is killer. Love LE's verses (she also helps write all of Exid's stuff and is super talented) and I'm a big fan of Hyerin's voice so I love the chorus. The overall song is better than Up&Down in my opinion.

I misread that as "drag queens" and was somewhat impressed by how well they hid their bulges. But I'm glad I was wrong, I prefer my girls without dicks!

The song is meh.

My world always needs more Hyunseung. I had no clue he was going solo, but my body couldn't be readier.

I'm just so not used to this sexualized, bad boy image without my girl Hyuna there though, so it's incredibly weird to see this Hyuna-ish model waltzing around the video throwing me off.

Yeah, I noticed that too, but figured it was mostly because he still had his look from the "Now" promotions with Hyuna. I'm happy he's sticking with it too; it's just weird for me to see him look like that without Hyuna next to him.

Loving the whole package though, so I hope he sticks with it for a long time.

I'm only surprised with Sistar, BEG, and Wonder Girls
Do the Wonderful still remember WG?? And Sistar is supposed to be the top 3 girlband but they get surpassed by a rookie
And as for BEG, is more about 4Minute and Miss A being below them, since BEG is like... at the edge of 'Idol' and 'artist'

Aaand also seeing Lovelyz right there at 13th and A Pink 2nd, makes me think that the fans of cute girlbands are more dedicated to this kind of fancafé bullshit

A lot of these groups have official fanclub memberships now that you have to pay for. These are just public ones and many are no longer active.

Fan cafe rankings are honestly useless. You have to look at sales, digital sales shows public popularity, and physical sales shows fandom popularity.

And wonderfuls do still remember WG :p there's still several active Korean fan sites and even more international ones.

Shit, these are some really old news, but I don't remember anyone here posting it here! you didn't let me know this!
I was thinking and I realized that B.A.P used to be an actual thing not so long ago, and that it's been FOREVER since I saw any good release.
So I went to their spanish wikia and I found out that they sued their company and want to cancell their 'slave' contracts uhh

Apparently there was some serious stuff going on but the most important is that they hadn't been paid anything in the last 3 years 500$ or less per month,
and that the company has been treating them like shit. But anyway this is saaad

It actually took a while for this song to grow on me which is something coming from me lol I like it now though and BoA looks as gorgeous as ever <3 Who Are You is a nice song too but my favourite songs from this album are Shattered, Fox, Clockwork, Love & Hate and Green Light :)

I'm not sure how they went from the beach teaser to shipping containers.

Hyemi also got her own teaser for winning on the latest episode of their Namyu Cast web show. She was tied with Hyuna and Kyungri at the end and won the final air pressure game.
