I saw a thing on Twitter about Mano Erina attending a Final Fantasy XV release event. This made me wonder something, I double-checked the dates, and... sure enough. The game was announced so long ago (May '06, then as Final Fantasy Versus XIII) that it was about a month before Mano was even an Egg (June '06).

It's all Up Front at the end of the day. Even the Up Front Promotion (although it's actually Up Front Agency now iirc) we talk about when we discuss H!P's management is just a subsidiary. It's a smaller part of a much bigger corporation.

They're all part of Up-Front Group. Up-Front Promotion is H!P (H!P used to be part of Up-Front Agency) and recent graduates, UF Create houses most of the not-H!P-but-still-recording artists plus some others. IDK what UF Agency's specialty is but they have a handful of acts including Miyoshi Erika.

Essentially, yes... Gaki was asked to ask Konno a number of things, but to hide her identity. That's why her voice is all disgustingly moe. 
 
Konno mentioned, when asked, that yes her seniors would scold her. She said that if she went to the bathroom for 3 minutes, they'd ask why she's skipping rehearsal.
 
Gaki: "What were your generation mates like?"
Konno: "There was one girl who had a grasp on things well, and she was the youngest. Then there was another who always seemed to be smiling. Then the one older than me... While she also had a good grasp on everything, she was a bit of an airhead." 
 
Gaki: "Was there ever a time when you thought that you really wanted to quit?"
Konno: "There were times when I wondered what it would be like to just lead a normal life. Like going on school trips or falling in love with a boy in your class."

I think she needs to be around native speakers more often to pick up a more natural inflection.

She needs to practice her diction and having what she wants to say more prepared. She seems very hesitant.
