Yossi did a heck lot of sports related things, possibly up to the early 2010s.  I recall her doing some road biking, marathons, scuba diving with Ikuta, and some local PR with her hometown.  I believe Kanatomo's taken over the mantle of local PR; the others are Gaki and Nakki, and to a lesser extent, Ayumi and Chel at present.

Her Japanese Wikipedia page barely even mentions anything about Morning Musume. It's mostly about Kirarin and her modeling. Her "History" section starts in 2006 with her debut of Kirari (instead of 2005 when she joined MM). The only time MM was mentioned was when she graduated.

I was just musing about this... and was curious as to why we haven't had much of any update on Aiai. It's been about 5 months since her announcement/hiatus. I rewatched their live of Marionette and I love how featured she is in it Q_Q

I wouldn't exactly expect progress reports. Once a hiatus is announced you pretty much get no info until they come back or leave. The girls still mention her in their blogs which is about as close to good news as you can expect.

A japanese C-ute fan I helped in Paris gave me tickets for C-ute today shows (last day of their tour). Day show : 1st row, right in the middle. Airi waved at me at the end when I was crying because Maimi and Nakky shed tears. I'm dead.

I just watched H!P DVD Magazine Vol. 52 with the 2016 Sports Festival and I had some questions:
 
1) Rikako is awarded the title of MVP (Most Valuable Player). Momoko is awarded the title of MIP. What does that stand for?
 
2) Why the heavy coats and blankets when they're not participating? Could they not afford to heat the gym?
 
3) Why no audience? I wanted someone to cheer for them. Although they do seem less inhibited around each other without an audience.
 
4) Why are the hosts, Makoto and Saki Nakajima, wearing red jackets? Doesn't that show a bias for the Red Team? Shouldn't they have been wearing a neutral color?
 
5) Why did Maimi Yajima replace Karin Miyamoto near the end?
 
6) What happened to Nanami Yanigawa? She's not there at all.
 
7) Is there a subbed version of this anywhere?

5) I believe Karin got injured/couldn't afford to run because of some injury
 
6) I think she maybe had the flu?
 
7) There's not, but it's one of the ones I've considered possibly subbing in the future.... we'll see :(
