A few weeks ago, I stumbled upon this video of an American fan singing and doing the boogie to Mikan. I thought she was totally charismatic and adorable, even when she screws up. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... >/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

She was a contestant in the Finnish Idol competition, got noticed because of her chipmunk-ey audition with Koi Kana, but didn't get into the semifinals. Her rendition of the song has propably been already released as a single, and it was featured in a commercial too. The lyrics are even cheesier than the original, and her voice sounds really forced to me, and I myself really don't get the fuss about her. But it might be an interesting find to the H!P fans who haven't heard it/about it yet, since mostly only Finnish youngsters know about it .

She doesn't sound forced at all to me; she sounds more natural than Koharu did, and she looks young, too. It's just interesting that anyone took her seriously, IMO.

Actually I think she sounds pretty decent, much better than Koharu anyway. Kind of odd concept though, swedish covers of HP anime themes... Can't comment on the lyrics since i know no swedish whatsoever, but maybe ignorance is bliss because I enjoyed it...
