Maasa to get a Photobook March

I never thought this would happen. She's probably been the most pushed-back member of BK, if it isn't Saki. I hope she can pull it off, because she hasn't had as much experience in front of the camera, as, say, Risako.

I'll keep it open (unless someone tells me otherwise) since the Photobook comes out next week, so previews should be showing up shortly. If anyone cares enough about Maasa to buy the Photobook that is.

Aww, poor girl! I actually think she's the prettiest girl in Berryz after Risako, personally. H!P just doesn't always do her justice in the way they style her hair and clothes. Her face is gorgeous.

I love her, but I have to admit I wouldn't buy the book XD I do hope some previews show up soon though, I'm curious to see if they give her a traditional swimsuit heavy book (likely) or if they try to go more Ogawa Makoto's first PB since she's a less popular member.

The pose is probably either what they told her to do, or her being nervous for posing in a skimpy swimsuit like this. There isn't really much leehway for girls who don't meet the stick-skinny standard in H!P to take... They're usually just stuck in tents.

I think it's a great cover picture. Yeah, it's yet another bathing suit shot, but it's not a skanky bathing suit and she doesn't look sexed up. It's really bright and energetic, and like someone else said she looks like she's genuinely having a good time. She's sucking in, but I'd rather see someone sucking in than actually that skinny because they don't eat. I was going to say something like that, too, but when I think about it, we never really see her without a shitty, baggy outfit on, so we really can't have had any realistic expectations. I think we assume because she has huge legs she must be fat, but it may not be the case. I plan to watch the making of video soon.

Apparently the Japanese fans have noticed that she's lost a lot of weight recently, soooo.



I've always found her on the heavy side for an idol. You can tell from Dschinghis Khan performances that she's definitely a bit meatier than the other girls.

She's still incredibly fit judging from these videos, I don't really think 'meaty' is the right word to use, she's really thin! It's like she knew she had a PB coming up and she just worked her ass off! It's always good to see different sizes and shapes in the H!P anyway. Berryz are a diverse bunch!

After watching the making of(which is by the way a measly 10 minutes, not even) I can say a few things:



1) I never knew she has freckles, even if they are small and you have to be close up to see them

2) She HAS lost weight and she looks pretty good in 2-piece <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... #>/wub.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' />

3) The balance of her in swim/beach and regular clothes is satisfactory(not to much of both)

4) It's Maa-chan. There. That alone is note worthy. She looked pretty good. She was enjoying herself and it made me (somewhat) optimistic about the future i.e. Captain PB. (lets face i, even with Maa-chan having a PB chances are still slim of a Captain PB)



I hope someone is able to scan her PB soon cause things look promising IMO.

I like Maasa and I think she's quite pretty - but she's really broadbacked. Very wide shoulders look really mannish.

I never thought like that about her body in general (eventhough I'm not interested in her/her body anyway), it's just that she has a broader face.
