Uhhh if that's the case then don't you have more opportunity to see them than anyone else? <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... /laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
And wow, this is just the year of H!P going global! I wonder what this all does mean... <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... /pouty.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

I agree with jochin, as those of us in Japan may have many more chances to see them, but at Anime cons it's usually a little more up close and personal. Though pictures may not happen. When Kotoko came to Anime North, the only person who was able to get a picture with her was a guy in a wheelchair I knew online, no other pics were allowed.
Hmm, UFA what do you have up your sleeve? I wonder if these sort of moves are going to continue.

I arrive in Ireland on May 24th, so I can't make it on time, CAN I?!?! <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... ryalot.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
Do I really wanna change my plane ticket? <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... ryalot.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
edit:
Oh right, I leave States 24th, then arrive in Dublin in 25th. I'm gonna hurt someone. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... uicide.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' /> <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... mumble.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' /> <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... rocket.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

They just had to steal the Amurmican's thunder.
PS: Yes. It seems as if things are afoot. 3 anime convention appearances announced in a relatively short span of time is definitely interesting. I could twiddle my mustache and thoughtfully puff on my pipe like I've got any idea what it could mean, but I don't. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... /pouty.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Cry more. Seriously, fans living in Japan really have no room to complain about how people in other countries are luckier than they are. H!P does handshake events all the damn time, and you yourself have been to them. Besides, look at the situation overall - fans in Japan can buy releases for much cheaper because they don't have to pay for shipping, they can get to concerts without having to fly anywhere, they have access to all the special "fanclub only" merchandise and opportunities (if money is available, of course), and on top of all that - they're in Japan. There's plenty of overseas fans that wish they had the opportunity to just visit Japan once for the whole experience (cultural, fandom related, or otherwise), but can't. So it comes off as pretty damn whiny to complain that Buono (or any other Japanese pop act) is holding a concert abroad - especially in Sweden, a country that doesn't exactly get a lot of Japanese acts visiting like the States.
That being said, those of you that are able to go, have fun! <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... /dance.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' /> I mostly like this news because it probably means Buono isn't going anywhere for a while, which was sort of a possibility in the back of my mind when the Shugo Chara Eggs moved in and then Kirarin ended.

Ok ok, not complaining really. Just SHOCK came over me.
And what's up with my country? The Tegomass event in 2006 kind of made sense, because their producers were Swedish but this...

Oh, fryshuset, I drive by it like almost every day. But I don't think they will let a fat old guy like me in there, that place is for kids. Too bad it wasn't Morning Musume.

Re: Buono! to perform at Stockholm Japan Expo 2009
Lucky Swedes! If anything, I'm surprised that Buono weren't the ones who got scheduled for an anime convention... like AX or Otakon. Seeing as the group was formed, literally, to do theme songs for an anime. But then again, I think seeing Morning Musume will be more momentous. I've been a fan of theirs for more than ten years, and have still never seen them live. Not that any of the original four generations are even around anymore, I guess. But still, as much as we all bitch about the group's decline, I still love those girls. The only girl in the current group that I have any distaste for, if at all, is Sayumi. And Aika, well, I don't know her well enough yet. Otherwise, when I think about it, I'd be really really happy to see the rest of them. Particularly Niigaki, who doesn't get nearly enough love on this BBS.
