Seriously, they're standing in front of a plainly-colored background, usually with nothing to pose with, and they're just told to look cute. Do you expect them to get on the ground and start putting their legs over their head and sticking out their tongues? They're idols, not high fashion models.



I do like how you seemingly ignored all of the blog pictures, where she's basically making whatever face she wants to instead of making a cute picture that makes people want to buy stuff.

Same here. From the pics on the first post, they just look very blah and looked like they tried to pull off a good calendar, but didn't. However, despite it 99.999999% close-ups, Mano Erina's calendar looks decent.
