Had it been anyone else not connected to UFA I wouldn't say anything, like Maki or Sayaka Ichii for example, but Kago is pretty much dead to UFA and anyone that wants to remain in good standing with them.

Al, while I agree that Tsuji or any other girl signed with UFA would never publicly talk about Kago and any sort of Kago/H!P member reunion is pretty much never going to happen (unless the girl also leaves UFA), that doesn't mean that none of the girls ever contact Kago or don't think "Hey wouldn't it be neat..." in an off-handed way.

I wonder if my asking Kago back at her appearance in New Jersey on Nov. 22 if she and Tsuji were ever going to perform together again (to which she answered "I don't think so") might not have planted the seed. It is sad to me how stringent the professional guidelines are regarding these things. I know Kago burned her bridges but it was just so creepy to see how cleanly they cut her out of all mm clips and references like on Utaban. Plus, it ruins that pretty fantasy of all of the girls being, like, bff in their private time.

These little snippets are actually from her Twitter, which she tends to update somewhere around 500 times a day. I doubt it's her trying to latch onto anyone's success, since she easily buries her own tweets pretty quickly. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... /laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' /> She actually mentions a lot of stuff she probably shouldn't - I think she just has no one filter. It makes for an interesting read though! One time someone asked her what she thought of AKB48, and she replied "They'll never beat H!P!!!"

During the Shabekuri 007 appearance back in December(?), they referenced her by saying "the other one is causing a bunch of trouble these days" and Mari replies "That's right but..." and just moves on <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... /laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' /> She also mentioned her (without using her name) quite a bit in a TsujiKago story about how the two of them teamed up to harass her. It's so silly that they don't let anyone mention her even when the story is about the past. By the way, I wonder how Ai's has been with UFA nowadays. It is true that she's doing a cover of W in her new album so maybe it is not such a faraway dream of her singing together with Nozomi but I woudln't really buy their single. So, maybe just a joint event or TV performance would be enough? Not that there wouldn't be wotas for the single but not for the cost that would be with them being from different agencies now.

I think half of their songs were covers. You have 17sai yo Sayonara, Koi no Vacance (which I actually heard another group cover it recently), Tintarella di Luna...



I'd personally love to see a W comeback, but I don't think it'd be the same.
