Anyway, apparently Tsunku is allowing people to vote on the songs that will be used in the upcoming Summer H!P concert. "H!P 2010 Summer ~Fankora!~" There's a websiteand everything!

He's heard your cries of lack luster set lists or either someone threw away his dart set that he usually uses when setting up a concert.



You're only allowed to pick one song. (*As long as it isn't a Shuffle song or a song from an album) And you have until May 24th to pick your song. They also ask if you're going to the concert. So I wonder if they'll just throw out all the No's?





Anyway, It's one thing to pick a song, but I want to be able to pick who sings the song I pick. :< I'd love to hear a Miki Fujimoto song sung by Chisato, but there's no guarantee she'd be the one getting it. But they do ask you who your favorite group is so maybe there's a chance with that? Should be:

- Requests can be any H!P song released between Jan 1998 and May 2010

- Requests can include any b-side, album song, or unreleased shuffle unit song

Why vote for redo performances by the exact same girls when we already have really nice ones on DVD? You're either going to get a.) a Berryz/C-ute rendition or b.) the same three girls not living up to the last time they did the songs.

Yes but you can argue that with any song, most songs are re-hashes of old performances and in the case of something like Love Machine its moved through the generations. I just happen to like those two songs and they were something a bit out of the ordinary from the usual concert performances and they might do an even better performance since I dropped Reina from both <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... >/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />.

I voted for Say Yeah! Motto Miracle Night and requested that it be performed either by all concert participants or by the current generation of Musume.



That's why the letter count in the box can be so long even though you can only request one song, because you choose who sings it, and can even put in how and when you'd like it sung.

In either really exciting or really disappointing news, Tsunku has announced on his blog that each performance on the tour will have a different set list to accomodate the massive number of requests - that makes 8 setlists in total. Now, if all of those performances make it to the DVD, that would be great! But if they don't, it's really only great for the super dedicated and/or rich wota who can make it to every single performance.



Tsunku wasn't specific about how different each setlist would be, so it's entirely possible that each concert only differs by one or two songs. But still, neat idea.

Wow, I like the sound of that. Anyway, I ended up voting s/mileage to perform Watashi mo I Love You and I got somebody to vote for Happy Summer Wedding.

Also, you weren't voting for what group you wanted to perform the song, IIRC. Just what song you want to hear. The group part was just asking what your favorite group is.

sadude means that there aren't any shuffle unit songs that haven't been released. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... umbsup.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> I'm not really sure why they included that, other than the fact that there was some announcement of an unconfirmed new single with songs from each of the reloaded shuffles. If that had been confirmed and there were radio previews out, it would have made more sense.
