They've got other outfits on and a serious overdose of Computer generated imagery. In fact I think a computer graphic editing program threw up all over that PV. Everything else looks the same, standard dance and close up shots till they get to the parts with the mics and everyone but Airi and Maimi (who seem to be the only ones who sing in this PV, or so they make you believe) are just smiling and thinkin' what the hell am I doing here? At least that's the vibe I've gotten from Chisato for the past few singles anyway, more so this time. Saki's off in her own world and Mai's just at this weird angle like they just shoved her into the shot.

Yes! °C-ute has good vocals... And I did use to think this song was good. Also the initial part of the dance shot looked promising to me but yeah, they get stuck with the worst material. S/mileage and Mano usually get the good videos, Berryz and Momusu usually get the good songs and °C-ute only survives on Maimi's and Airi's popularity. Of course I'm generalizing... Campus Life was a good pv although it was a Shouganai pt. 2, and Shock was a great song, but a solo.

Kankanbou style is really popular recently. That would be the long dresses, plus straw hats. So UFA decides to steal it and use it for this song. Those were perfectly pretty outfits and they ruined it! Maybe this is why people think they're so uncool. For trying to be stylish/cool and using it in such a weird context and barfing CG all of it...

1. I don't like their costumes. I hate those big flappy tent shirts that came back with the 80s revival. I love their white dresses and am....startled to see them displaced in 1985 MTV video world.

The PV is kind of cute (getitlawl), but the song is meh at best. Why does the chorus have to change so dramatically? You can hear is walking away from rock-style in the lead-up.



Also, needs more auto-tune. Some of those note, man. Man, some of those notes.
