There are evil space aliens that arrive on earth to kidnap, experiment on, and examine hu-mons for the plan of world domination. Who manages to evade the aliens and why?

Define "evade." Do you mean hide from the aliens or survive the situation. Either way, I'd pick Makoto. she's dealt with foreign cultures, is adaptable, physically capable, and has had weapon training. She is also a master of disguise and can disarm and throw an opponent off guard with her mannerisms alone. Remember, this is the one person that could reduce Yuko Nakazawa to giggling fits of tears with a mere glance.



Meanwhile, Reina is a tough exterior with a mushy weak inside that craves attention and excels at using the weak-willed and innocent, but would stand little chance against a hardened opponent. Hence her dislike of Sayumi. Beeotch.

I'm not saying that Makoto isn't the winner of the poll, but those things wouldn't do anything to aliens who presumably have super technology.

Hey, she's just warming up here, after this she moves onto the super alien zapping lasers. The girl is invincible.



Reina, Al's got it just about right. First serious alien encounter and she would be crying for her mama.

Hm I don't know. Tanaka strikes me less as being mean/tough/vicious too. However, she's also wiry, squirrely, whiny, and pushy. And...I just don't think the aliens would want her as an experiment subject, period.



Makoto is tough but she's pretty docile before authority. She's a little too eager to please. She might have made Nakazawa laugh when she dressed up but as a reporter, she was just another one of Nakazawa's bitches.

I have to echo eri's opinion, though this is unexpectedly a much tougher decision than I thought it would be.



What is going on with Makoto and the army pictures? I totally missed that.

I think you're all forgetting that Reina is a robot and the aliens want to experiment on flesh and blood humans.



Makoto gets probed and dunked into a giant pickle jar vat for her voyage back to the aliens' homeworld.

You guys are forgetting that Japan doesn't sell guns to ordinary people. Only policemen and such have guns. I'd go with Reina, though. Her size would allow her to hide in cramped places.

I chose Reina cuz she's a yankee haha. She can survive/beat them with her yankee power! She'd probably insult or piss the aliens off. But I'd prefer Mako to win because I like 100% more.

Neither will evade capture, but they will only keep Makoto. Her overly big face makes her the perfect basis for a new breed of cloned livestock for the home planet.

I'd agree that Makoto would be preferred by the aliens for extensive experiments, because I doubt that the aliens want to spend their time on Earth trying to deal with a noisy, whiny, high-maintenance pop star like Reina. On the other hand, I think Makoto would evade capture more easily (for reasons already outlined by Al and others), so it's a difficult question to answer.
