Linlin is possibly the least offensive person on the planet and wouldn't find herself in a scandal and Miki would be all like, "whatevs." They're both immune for different reasons.

Everyone involved will forget about the scandal as soon as they see LinLin being all teary and apologetic and she would get out with no more than a slightly wounded ego. The fact that she's Chinese also gives her immunity from the Chinese press. Miki, on the other hand, wouldn't give a shit and would end up pissing more people off, prolonging the scandal and reducing her likelihood of getting out unscathed. Therefore, I choose LinLin.
