Hello!Fansubs Recruitment
Dear Readers,
Sorry to come on in here to boast about Hello!Fansubs, but we've become quite desperate now for new staff.
And I'm aware that most are busy with either or both Blog! Project and Project Hello, so the interest may be low, but I thought to give it a shot.
Without going into too much details, I'll just start out by what positions we need.
We are in dire search for Translators.
- We basically have most if not all projects pre-timed, so you just need to use Aegisub and input the translations.
Another spot is Karaoke Typesetting.
- Lots and lots of PV/Perf's that are ready and pending the beautifying.
(For those curious, there is no time-frame/deadline for projects taken... But I do ask that if you're gonna "disappear" to at least let me know.)
{Only form of "deadline" would be if it's for like a special occasion or birthday}
Well, that was short.
For those that are curious... I'll lay down majority of the projects that we have that are just pending translations. I won't bother tallying up the PV/Perf's, way too many of those.
Project Breakdown:
1 H!M (One of the first few eps.)
~15 Utabans
4 Alo-Hello!'s
~5 MC's from various Concerts
3 Major DVD's (Member dedicated)
So that's pretty much all we got on the plate, as I don't really want to get ahead of myself and work on new projects since my motivation plummeted due to various outcomes.
Thank you for your time and interest.

I don't know how the other members feel about this, but personally I'm a little insulted that the first time in something like seven, eight months you post is for advertisement. I'm all for advertising, don't get me wrong; but I don't think this is quite the place for it.
Most of the people who are translating here are busy with Blog! Project and PH. I don't think they have the time for H!F.
Hello! Online might be a good place to search however. I know there are some good translators around those parts.
Good luck with your search however. I hope it goes well.

^Before i posted here, I actually PM'ed strawberryjam for permission.
As I knew that it'd come off as rude if I just posted, which is why I waited for her reply before posting.
So I do apologize for that rudeness, and I forgot to add in the fact that I'm aware of the members that are working on both Blog! Project and Projecthello, I'll edit first post about it.

Must be pretty desperate to come all the way back here after so long. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... tongue.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
If there's really no deadline, maybe we can help. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... joyful.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':joyful:' />

Re: Hello!Fansubs Recruitment
As I said, it's pretty much whenever you're free, as I just want to get these projects done with so I can save some space on my HDD and get to more current projects to tackle.
Since when I work on things only for it to pend, I feel less motivated seeing more projects sitting there without a translator.
But yeah, was talking to TnB about it, and TnB suggested to just post here as one never knows what may turn out of it.

Good luck with your search! Sherry also disappeared on us... <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... nfused.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
Anyways, H!F has done quite a lot for the community so I think they deserve respect. It doesn't hurt us to advertise here really. I got kinda pissed off at a particular forum when I asked a moderator if it was OK to recruit translators for blog!project, but I got a "Sorry, all our translators are busy. Thanks for thinking of us," response. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... nceman.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':danceman:' />

Re: Hello!Fansubs Recruitment
We appreciate the support and yeah, definitely I wanted to ask you before I posted about it as I didn't want to just barge on into a different community that already have their set Translators for their own projects.
So wanted to be sure it'd be okay, and happy that you were all on board about it.
As for the other Forum that gave you that response, I honestly think that it wouldn't really hurt them either if you just posted about it. If their Translators are busy, then they are busy. But you never know, some of them may have an interest and make time to help. You just never know, but I am sorry to hear that that's the response you got in return.
Which makes me forget, gotta add both this site as well as Blog!Project to our BlogRoll =P

Re: Hello!Fansubs Recruitment
Just a shot in the dark again, but might there be any interested Translators out there that think they'd have time to aide us at H!F for some projects?
We're getting closer to our 6th ANniversary and dont' quite have an exact project/s for said occassion. We have options but just don't got the translating power to really have the larger scale projects to be completed.
So just wanted to poke in here again to see if there may have been newer members that may have joined within the year that this thread has been created.
Thank you.
