Riho and Mizuki look best with dark hair.

I used to be blonde like that and my mother is also very light blonde, neither of us ever died our hair.

Anyway back to MAJI NEWS, Morning Musume managed to jump to #3 Sunday but was steady at #5 for the week so they'll probably be there for the final Week charting on Oricon.

And I really hope there are actually some increased sales numbers. If it's the same stagnant numbers that they always do just due to the diehard fans, then the whole 9th gen thing is a bust, no matter how hard they are pushing them.

Just a bit of boredom induced number crunching. The average sale for the last 6 singles (ignoring Muten Musume) is 50,458. If you ignore Nanchatte Renai which was an aberration with sales of 70,299 which was the highest since Iroppoi Jirettai then the average is 47,127.



I would think sales of at least 55,000 would be needed, given the extra publicity of the 9th Gen, for the whole thing not to have been a total waste of time.

Eri was popular with the wotas and Junjun and Linlin were well liked. It wouldn't be fair to expect 4 kids (as cute as they are) to have amassed a similar fan base in a mere 3 months. I say total sales similar to Seishun Collection are a more realistic target for the new Morning Musume.



The real challenge will be whether they can keep sales up after Ai-chan leaves.
