Kitahara Sayaka Going Solo (?)

As mentioned in various other threads, Kitahara Sayaka has completed her egg training and is now releasing a solo single. The single is called "Yappa Seishun" and will be the ending theme for Inazuma Eleven GO! She's also voicing the character Sorano Aoi. According to SayuNii, Yossi will be featured in the PV.

She's got an official site up here, but there's been no real mention of what her career will be. Noto Arisa has also released quite a few solo-mini albums, but no one has really given her the title "soloist." Sayaka hasn't gotten any of the big promotion Kikka has, so I'm assuming she's going in more of a Noto Arisa direction (doing a variety of activities on her own, but not being a dedicated H!P soloist). I think Arisa actually officially graduated H!P along with the Elder Club girls, but I'm not sure about Sayaka.

Sayaka's website does say, however, that she's having her "solo debut" with this single. For whatever that's worth.

I sort of imagine that Yossi was just walking by the article's photoshoot with her usual clothes and a wooden stick and the camera person just said, hey you, you get in too! Kitahara looks really tall..

Non-Berryz Koubou girls doing ending themes for Inazuma Eleven with Seishun in the title? I remember how this ends.

Sweet. I remember noticing the other girl in Milky Way more than Kikkawa, so this is good news. I look forward to whatever she releases.

I think her character was supposed to be the tomboy? But by the second single, much like Koharu she developed Grating Anime Voice and was a train wreck.

Well...it was only like 4 years ago and I was like 12-14, but still! I still can't like her voice, though I tried :( She sounds like she's choking when she sings, to me. Still better than a lot of people in H!P though, I'm not gonna complain LOL.

But looking at the videos she is better than koha. So it'll be cool to see if her singing improved.

I'm not sure what exactly (maybe because of eggs were able to audition for 9th gen), but I wanted her to join MM anyway ! hah

I don't know what the hell MilkyWay is. The only Eggs I ever paid a damn bit attention to are Karin and Akari, and Asuna just because she's related to Chisato.

There are a good half dozen HP members I'd rather see solo before some random-ass Egg.

MilkyWay was a subunit to promote Kirarin Revolution. They only had two singles, but they got pretty good songs and this was before Koha had fully animefied her voice, so they're pretty painless to listen to.

MilkyWay had a couple of music videos also, included as a DVD with one of Koharu's albums, and performed at some of the H!P concerts. I thought the two Eggs in the act were wonderful: Sayaka and Yuu Kikkawa. They should have been given more to do after that.

This made me laugh, considering how much I used to spend on the videos of new release Sera Myu. lol. They still haven't brought out Miyuki's on DVD have they? Dammit I want the Dracul series!!

Milky Way were good, but in Tan Tan Taaaan everytime Yuu Kikkawa looked up at the camera she looked like a different person that they had slathered in fake tan. Weird.

Most of my childhood consisted of Pokemon, Powerpuff Girls, all those Disney and Cartoon Network shows, and slap bands. :D

I remember I like Sailor Moon, but it must of been on cable or something, because I only watched it a few times. I saw the other cable shows though at friends houses, or channels that showed cable shows on the weekends. I didn't even know what anime was when I was a kid! <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... hahaha.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':hahaha:' /> But I watched Pokemon, Magical DoReMi, and Mew Mew Power.
