Reina sounded really good in Daite! PLEASE GO ON.



For the medley, I did like the mash-ups for the songs, they worked really, but with only 3 girls singing most of the 11 minutes was kind of disappointing. Riho did sound pretty good in Kimagure Princess, though.



Resonant Blue should probably not be performed by just Reina and Riho. That was kind of awful <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... /laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' />



I stopped listening after those few things. I'll probably look again later, but I'm kind of disappointed that I have yet to see more than a line or two from someone not Sayumi, Reina, or Riho. This is how they ruin their voices! Look what happened to Reina. Give lines to other girls. Especially when the songs initially had other girls singing the lines you split between Reina/Riho. I know this was going on before, but Takahashi could at least handle the load. I don't think Riho will be able to for very long.

Everyone sounded good I feel. The small group songs were cool and that was about it as far as I'm concerned.

I was pretty disappointed to see that nobody but Reina, Riho, and Sayu were showcased. Nobody else really ever had any individual moments to shine - except for the few times Ayumi and Zukki got to break away from the slew of group lines. I can live with Eripon, Haruka, and Haruna not getting lines in the recordings, but I think they should all at least get some singing time in the live performances.

I feel like they are pushing Haruka to be a front girl but she never gets any lines so I don't get it.

9ki all look good until you get to Erina. Dear god, her outfit contains more of my grandma's tablecloth than our table.

10ki outfits are cute ... despite looking like Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz.

Reina, take of that furry headband. Its just a trainwreck.

I only have praise for Reina's black dress <3.

I respect Reina enormously, but I'm glad she's leaving. It will force Tsunku to showcase the newer members, most of whom still look like backup dancers, rather than full-fledged members of the group.

The dance for the 9ki song is surprisingly lame. It seems like it is too slow. They do sound nice, though. Maybe that was the trade off.

I didn't think it was very good, and even though I don't think highly of her singing, I went in expecting it to be better than it was.



Daisuki 100man ten Short performance. It's the Ayumi/Mizuki song from Wakuteka.



CRAZY ABOUT YOU Riho and Ayumi and also edited down. Not only are the vocals terrible (obviously) but I thought the choreo was pretty uninspired and lacking considering how much emphasis is put on these two being dancers.



Issai Gasai Anata ni A.ge.ru - Mizuki, Eripon, Kanon and Haruka. Again, shortened. There's nothing too stand out about this especially because they stand at the mics the whole time but no one sounds bad either.



Ai no imi wo Oshiete - Sayumi and Haruna.



Fuutsu no Shoujo A - Reina, Masaki, and Haruka.



Shinnen Dake wa Tsuranukitoose! - Sayumi, Eripon, Riho, Kanon and Haruna. I don't know. There's something about Haruna performing that I find very endearing. She tries okay. She tries.

Tudou never loads anything for me, but I wish they would have given Masaki something different. She sounded kind of "meh" to me, and I know she is better than that.

YES!!! This is what I was looking forward to most from the concert. "Oldie" songs shuffled among various members. I love that Minimoni, v-u-den, AND W were revived. I really want to see two girls do Miss LOVE Tantei. That song was really good and wasn't around long enough to be heard much! Please let Sakura, Mizuki, Kanon, and/or Haruka do this song...

People are going jump down my throat when I say this, but Aika sounded a lot better singing this song than Masaki does <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... /laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' /> Honestly, I prefer Aika's voice a lot more than Masaki's. There were a few things I've heard from her where she sounded good, but I was not impressed by her few parts in this concert...

Erina is obviously the weak link of this group, but she is a good performer. Just not a good singer. Mizuki/Kanon/Haruka I would LOVE to see more of in mini groups like this. They sounded really good together.

It's sad when I think this was better than CRAZY ABOUT YOU. Sayumi's tone isn't the most welcoming, but she can hold a tune and is consistent. Haruna actually sounded idol-decent in this song. Plus, next to Sayumi, Haruna didn't look as awkward since they are both tall and lengthy.

Fuutsu no Shoujo A - Reina, Masaki, and Haruka.

This was one of the recent b-sides I really liked, but Masaki is the weak link in this. I don't know if she gets freaked out performing live (I assume that's what happened during the Watashi Mirokyu video), but she hasn't sounded as good as I remember in either of these two songs. Haruka sounded really good.

Shinnen Dake wa Tsuranukitoose! - Sayumi, Eripon, Riho, Kanon and Haruna.

Wasn't bad. I really don't remember watching it despite it being the last video I watched.

Kanon sounded really good in Issai Gasai Anata ni A.ge.ru for me. And I am extremely happy for her long closeup at the end.

I finally watched this concert and I'm now preparing a blog entry on it.



I had a question, though. When the girls do their "shout-outs" near the end, they tend to tell little stories or give speeches. Haruka opens her mouth here far more than she does in the entire concert!







Sayumi speaks for, like, a minute and a half!



Does anyone here know what the general tone or content of these speeches are? Even a thumbnail sketch will do.



Contrast this with the way shout-outs used to go in the old concerts, when the girls just got up and did schtick.
