How many of these eight ended their time as sub-leader because they got promoted to leader?
As far as I can tell, the number is three: Risa, Yossi, and Ai-chan.
Any others?

You forget - though short, Mari and Miki were leaders of the group. Osaka Koi no Uta was the Mari-leader single, and Miki's tenure didn't last more than a month.
(as weird as it gets, Miki's graduation newsflash made it to the Hong Kong subway news blurbs.)

Well, I can be forgiven for not remembering Mari's brief stint, since that was before I signed on to MM fandom. But I should have remembered Miki. I just conflated Yossi's graduation and Miki's forced departure as happening all at once, when there was, in fact, a gap of about a month between one and the other. Although, I can be forgiven for that, too, can't I? (Ah, c'mon, please?)

Holy dang. She's got to be like the most fit H!P member ever. Although, wasn't there someone once who bragged about their six-pack abs? I don't remember.
I watched her do the one-handed cartwheel like 20 times. So cool.

I just read that thread too, I think it's great that a girl who is an idol isn't just being the thin as a stick type. To me she just looks healthy and fit as opposed to say Iikubo who makes me worry sometimes!
Maybe I should finally commit to changing my avatar to Eripon.... but.... junjun!..... /cry

Eripon rocks!
I hope she gets to go on some variety show and show off her muscles or something. She can transition from being a Gaki-san wota to being focused on fitness. Then she can go on to become a fitness guru post-graduation.
I would buy a MM workout video. But not a creepy stretchy one. A legit cardio one.

My first thought was 'gurl needs to star in live-action Shingeki no Kyojin, she could one-shot a Titan with those guns!'
<p style="text-align:center;">
Re: Hello!Spam :: 15 years of Chou Happy Spam!
Mmmm, Shingeki no Kyojin. And Erina. Good things.
She looks really awesome, and this is the first time I've identified with wota and haven't found them disgusting human beings, so right on! That video of Erina and Airi playing golf is golden. Airi doesn't seem to be as bad as people make her out to be.

<a href="http://wotaintranslation.com/2013/06/19 ... e/">2ch ponders foreign fans' denial that Zukki is fat</a>
They make a lot of interesting points, about Zukki as well as the foreign fans. Interesting, not necessarily true or agreeable. YMMV. Sadly, most comments under the post are H!O-tier rubbish which is even more unfortunate because 2channers seem to have notice the Wota in Translation existence now.
Anyway, this is probably the best post on Wota in Translation so far. Just watching the careful probing of the foreign fandom by 2ch Anons and in return probing 2ch thanks to WiT is most exciting. The two spheres that were completely apart for the longest time are slowly starting to overlap if only by a tiny sliver. I can't wait to see how it develops.

I'm not even going to get on her size, but she just looks so fucking miserable over this last year. She used to be the funny one, or the one with the pretty smile, but now she barely exists as an entity. If she just disappeared from the group overnight, I doubt 90% of fans would even notice, that's how low profile she's been lately.

Well, according to <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=pl ... k">this</a>, its a common thing in Japan to tell some one that they're fat.
Compared to other japanese, she is chubby, but she's still adorable.
