There's also a Single V cover. Looks like Limited C, except straight legs instead of crazy legs, and the party-time splotches of Limited A instead of the stripes of Limited C.



This camera angle makes me feel dominated.

From what I remember, japanese radio rips tend to be really bass-heavy.

At least that's what I nearly always think when I hear one.

Great song overall, although the chorus strikes me as a bit weak. I have to say, it didn't remind me of The Manpower at all. Despite the reuse of strings, I actually can't think of any other MM song to compare it to, which is nice considering that their last single was so formulaic. I'm hoping for an impressive PV.

I think I might go with A and C, close-up PVs wig me out for some reason. The fact that they are just sort of staring at you for 4 minutes smiling just doesn't give me warm fuzzies.

I wish the dance was more... not boring and I don't get the dance shot dresses, but I fucking love the princess dress shots and hope we get a PV with just those. Song owns too.

I love it. The princess gowns are gorgeous. I cannot wait for the Close Up Ver. I might have to wait for the entire dance shot but they seemed to step their game up with the choreography. I feel like it's a proper send off for Eri/JunJun/LinLin.



P.S. I know I'm not the only one but, doesn't the song sound a little like Tetris?

Eh, PV is kind of boring (though I do like the princess dress shots), but the song is still awesome.

Oh my god, Ai's princess dress shot is a-fucking-mazing. I'm a sucker for barrettes with feathers and flowers and dangly stuff though, but just...wow.

My only fuss is the PV isn't as great as the song. If they had eliminated a dance shot and just had them wandering around kinda like in Mano's "Haru no Arashi," that would be awesome.

The PV has an interesting pace. It starts off nice and flowery, but the cuts get more and more frenetic as it gets to the end.



I'm not sure if the song sounds like Tetris, but perhaps those are 3D Tetris pieces. This video has all sorts of shots. There seem to be two White Dance backgrounds, one with tetris and one with some sort of ceiling? I guess close-up is them at the leafy pool, but does that include the wide shots of them standing motionless with falling petals? Perhaps the dramatic claustrophobic hallway shots with dramatic leaning will be part of the "different" version that the Single V will have.

Given how high the yen is now, I don't think that's such a wise investment. I've definitely cut down on CDJapan purchases in recent months because of that.

As a whole, I like the song much more than the PV. This PV makes no sense to me and doesn't really fit the music.



Also, haven't we seen these white boots before? I hate them - they remind me of the late 90s.



Edit: I just did a quick scan and realized that the are ALWAYS wearing boots, either for promos or concerts or official outfits. Or at least knee high socks. And always with something very short, like shorts or a mini skirt! And it isn't just MM but so many idols. Why is this such a "thing" in Japan still? I thought that was really big like circa 1997.
