I kind of grown into enjoying it, though my problem was the amateurish camera shooting *all of the problems with the full group shots*...it just felt stupid and should've been fixed before putting it out!

Album track would have been better. Then it could have filled the album slot for "token ballad" without being the typical insanely boring H!P ballad.

I like the song, but I don't love it. For one, as I just agreed with Saya, it doesn't feel like a single. It also really irritates me that they kept the take where Kanon's voice breaks in the middle of a line. If she were one of the super weak singers I would assume that that was the best they could get, but since she sounds better in every other line of the song it just comes off as typical H!P laziness. I know Meimi can do better too - some of her lines were too squeaky and don't fit the song. In general the song isn't well suited to the group (or alternatively, most of S/mileage still hasn't learned how to vary their voices for song style). We get this gorgeous shot of Take-chan looking all Beautiful Tomboy ala Haruka, and out of her mouth comes this nasal squirrel voice. Arg. In terms of line splits this is a bit of a step backwards. Suki yo had near even splits for everyone, this one is more like Postwoman with only one token solo each for Rina/Kana.

As for the PV... Aitai Lonely Christmas meets Naichau Kamo? Everyone looks beautiful, especially in the angsty window scenes. I want a million icons of everyone. The Koakuma Sailor costumes are super adorable, but are so jarring compared to the song and PV style. I also hate the camera nodding PQ mentioned, it's so distracting and pointless.

Overall it just seems like both the girls and their producers aren't ready for this type of song. Give them a few more years of being cute and fun and let them grow up naturally into this style.

Yeah, the song that was previewed in a studio that was supposed to be an album track "Watashi, Choito Kawaii Urabanchou" is the B-side of the single

The more I listen or even pay attention to this single, the more angry I yet. I love these girls as a group, but they are given absolute crap. I hate it. I hope 2013 is a better year for them, this can't continue like this.

S/mileage not being entirely chipmunk sounding in a single is only a good sign. They can become better singers from performing this.

Berryz had VERY BEAUTY & Kokuhaku no Funsui Hiroba in a row, that definitely helped their singing skills.

It's an average Winter song, I didn't see what was so offensive about it to receive such strong reactions.

This time 2 years ago S/mileage were looking dead set to become the biggest group in H!P and now they are almost the worst, I think that could be why people are angry.

Still, nobody at up front forced Saki or Yuuka to leave and obviously they couldn't continue with just two members....

That and the songs suck

Mostly the stuff he's done for naaboudoufu@nana, Backstage Sotokanda Icchoume, his solo work, Afilia Saga East, Janet Kay, Hidenori Tokuyama, Chihana Yuki, and some of the TNX groups have released stuff lately and they're pretty great (especially THE Possible.)
