I've been watching the DVD Magazines people recommended, starting with the TsunClub one. If it's not subbed already, it should totally be the next BBS subbing project. There's lots of interesting stuff, but at one point Akari starts quizzing Tsunku about how he does everything. While I do agree that he writes some weird shit, the girls brought up some good points - he does do a good job of writing about the feelings of young girls despite... not being a young girl. (Reina points out that her family thinks he must be a pervert xD)



He mentions that he gets a lot of his ideas from listening to the H!P members talk and building from there. He references an earlier segment where Miyabi talked about how she's not a morning person and she sometimes doesn't want people to approach her because she thinks she'll respond poorly. So he hears that perspective, and then he also hears from the other girls talking about how they relate to Miyabi. Then from there he thinks up some situation where a boy might be trying to approach a girl but she's so not in the mood, etc.



So, basically, next time you read some goofy Tsunku lyrics they may actually be based off of crazy shit the girls say. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... tongue.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Someone uploaded the subbed version of the Tokkaekko (link) movie onto Youtube. If you have the time, you NEED to watch it. Tsunku was on some serious drugs back them, I swear he was. There's no other explanation for it all. I know he didn't write or direct it, but still. So much crazy!



Stars Rika, Hitomi, Nacchi, Kago, and the 5th gen. It also credits Kei, Country Musume and Makoto (from SharamQ). Also includes mannequins, drag queen maids and crazy buff blue gaijins. Oh!!! and the seed that would become PyokoPyoko Ultra.





It's been so long since I saw that movie. I also have no idea how I managed to sit through the almost 2 hours of it. But I did. I doubt I'd be able to do it a second time. But I'll try. God this movie is so bad. xD
