The Japanese in the title is just the name of the place they were singing, called Asagaya Drum. The song title is called "room132" but I haven't heard of amU, the group, before. Sorry I can't help much!

There are places on the internet that allow you to rip music from myspace even if it isn't available for download. I'd concentrate on locating one of those sites if you're looking to get your hands on the mp3. Hope this helps.
