I knew they'd hold the sub-units hostage on this CD. It's WOW WOW WOW all over again.

Well, those songs could have actually sold alone. There were far worse releases that had singles.

But with that tracklist, the sub-units will be selling this CD. It's pretty sad.



I'm so confused about s/ledge, they were promoted on the TNX website, did they just change their minds and say "you're H!P now".

EDIT: oh, right the 2009 Winter Wonderful Hearts and Summer concerts were called Kakumei Gannen, so this is just the ending of the revolution year. The title sounds less scary now. I don't think I'm gonna get shot anymore.

I really liked the instrumentals in Morning Coffee, so if they go back to those, it'll be great. But seriously, a cover of Morning Coffee for C-ute? Tsunku must have been strapped for time to not write a B-side. Or management wanted to take advantage that C-ute has been whittled down to five. HE'S GIVING THEM AN MM SONG TO COVER.



That said, the preview sheet said that "Kakumei Gannen" will be used for the December theme song of "Minna no Uta" (it's a more family-oriented music show. MM went in August and were backups to "Tonari no Totoro, I think). And Morning Coffee will be used for some regional announcement show for TV Asahi (Kyushu & Yamaguchi).



And Maimi is getting a solo song, which is included on just the Regular Edition version. The title hasn't been decided yet.

You're right, I had forgotten about that Kakumei single... They are the same release, for sure (those FC sheet are usually right but not definite, as what happened to the best album). The first title was perhaps too long (and strange) but it sounded more like a "Minna no Uta" song. Whichever is the real single/release date, I'm still crossing my fingers for Morning Coffee (call me a masochist <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... stling.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':whistling:' /> ).



Thinking further, °C-ute has released a special single before (the Rakuten Egales one, which was quite close to LALALA... if I'm not mistaken); that could also be an explanation but it will hardly be it. I still vote for those two being the same release.



By the way, CD-Japan is also listing "SHOCK!"
