[BUY] Sheet Music

Someone might be interested in this, it's new to me, but then I haven't been on CDJapan in awhile and to anyone else who might not, it could be new to them too.



Anyway, CDJapan is now selling sheet music.



They have a pretty good selection for piano, guitar and bass.



The Perfume sheet music looks interesting, but then I can't play the guitar (why can't they have piano?) <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... pyeyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':wub:' />

It would be good if they gave some indication as to what the difficulty levels of these books are... don't want it to be ridiculously simple, or at the other end of the spectrum either...

Thank you for point this out. I'm planning to begin learning the guitar in the near future, plus I absolutely love YUI, so I'd be getting her sheet music. Does this include the CD? In any case, I already have 3 of her CDs, but if in the future these include the CDs then I'll wait until they release the combo instead.

I've seen a lot of piano sheet music floating around for various Jpop songs, so maybe it's just a matter of time before Perfume ones show up. A lot of Jpop-related magazines have inserts with sheet music (usually piano) for the latest hits, it's too bad more of those don't get scanned =/

HMV has been selling sheet music for quite a while, as well as amazon.co.jp, which both have English versions of their sites to search through and both offer shipping to the US. I picked up a number of books from both places a while back, and the service was fast, so the only issues that CDJ might do better would be pricing, but I haven't looked at their selection yet, and am honestly way too lazy to do the research. The books are definitely not cheap, but if you're a musician, they can definitely be worth it. I wouldn't say they're so much worth it if its just a novelty to you, though.
