It looks like UT (a shirt/goods maker?) is collaborating with ravex. If you buy a collab shirt, you will get a Chaka-Uta remix of ten ravex songs, two remixes each (I RAVE U, Believe in LOVE, 1 More Night, HOUSE NATION, or JUST THE TWO OF US).
