Guys! I've been toying with the idea of doing a weekly mixed podcast and I finally went and did it! I'd like to release a ten-minute-ish mix tape every week and I'd love the support of all the BaBeS! The podcast is free and you can subscribe to the RSS feed through a standard RSS feed reader or through iTunes! It's not yet listed on the iTunes podcast directory, but I'll be looking into doing that after next weeks episode.

It was completely unintentional. I can keep a more specific system from now on. I was having problems uploading Ep3 and someone elsewhere said that numbers in files uploaded weird, but I eventually got it done in a roundabout way. Though, in my defense, it's not that bad. Plus, if you're subscribed through iTunes, your files are likely to be kept in a specific place and renamed automatically. It's not particularly "light" electro; there's plenty of dirty/thick tracks. It's all upbeat and would be very beneficial in your CoD session <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... >/rofl.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Oh my god, how crazy is that? Those are two of my favorite songs EVER. I could listen to that Pogo remix forever. Check out Digitalism's "Idealism" album. It's got the original Pogo and some other great electro-rock songs.

The version of step YOU (TYP Remix) that I used is from a special iTunes-only release of ayu-mi-x 6(?) GOLD. It's not from the normal, retail release, it's the GOLD one with different versions (Dubs, extended mixes, etc.)

I really don't like re-using songs. Here:



Aerodynamic: on "touch" mixed with Rendezvous

Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger: on PAYP1, my first mix ever~

One More Time: on Primetime mixed with Everything Needs Love

Da Funk: doesn't beatmap as cleanly as I'd like. It was actually on my short-list until I started trying it.



I think this week's mix has a good blend of what types of songs made Daft Punk popular (Digital Love, Voyager) and what truly encapsulates their style on the whole (Too Long, Alive).
