Perfume want you to hear their Voice!

Perfume has a new single coming out on August 11th! Both songs are being used for ads.



The first song, VOICE is in an ad for Nissan. But they talk over it so it's hard to hear.



The second song the c/w, 575 is being used for KDDI for their iida phone (Which looks pretty awesome btw! D: Why can't we get phones like that in the US?) Oh and you can hear the song clearly.

Not sure if there will be a PV for 575.



Edit: Forgot to ad my comments. ;D I love the PV for Voice, it's quirky and fun and very Perfume as of late. Song is okay but I prefer 575 over Voice. (What little I heard of it anyway.)







We're getting spoiled with two singles this year. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... iggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' /> I hope there will be more later this year.

What the fuck are those purple things in the ad !?!



I liked Natural ni koishite a lot, but this song doesn't seem too special to me.

And I think the dresses are butt-ugly. While the video has a few nice ideas, I somehow get the impression that it's mixed together pretty badly. As if they made 3 completely different videos, couldn't decide witch one to take and just cut them together.

The PV is very geometric!!!



But, the thing I'm not digging is just hearing the auto-tuned voices throughout the whole song. It's a bit much. But I was always like this about Perfume's songs. The songs are good, but I can't take the mechanized voices.



If that phone came over to the US, I would totally drop my new phone for that one!!!!

Okay the VOICE PV was really really cute. I'm liking these latest singles, especially after I found Triangle to be somewhat humdrum.



Also, is Perfume considered to be "autotuned"? I feel like they sound different from other autotune stuff, but I can't really put my finger on it. Like there's no real strong modulation sound when they hit their drawn out notes?

The PV is so cheap and cute and I am just dying from the kitschiness of it all. The song has a bit of an imperial-style melody and I just can't get into it. It's above album filler and below Fushizen na Gal.
