Luna Sea might fall under "legendary" category, though I never thought they were as crazy as GLAY or L'arc en Ciel. Still, they are celebrating a 20th year tour and will be heading to LA! Weeee -- I can't see X Japan but at least I can relive the 90s with Luna Sea (Sugizo's original).
