It's not too farfetched for an Asian artist to be inspired by Latino genres. For example, in the mid-2000s, Bon-Bon Blanco's act pretty much revolved around it (see "Namida no Hurricane", "Datte, Onna no ko Nan da Mon", etc.). For single songs that come to mind, there are Tanimura Nana's "SEXY SENORITA" and, you can even say, Morning Musume's "Iroppoi Jirettai". I've been hearing more reggaeton lately like lecca's "Sky is the Limit" and Wassup's "Hotter than a Summer".

The only reason I think I could like Japanese Reggaeton is because they don't use such an offensive and vulgar lyrics as Latin Raeggaeton, or if they use it I won't understand it anyways

PD: Iroppoi Jirettai is a Flamenco-styled song, from Spain. It does not really have much to do with Latin America
