The discussion about K-Rock bands in the other thread reminded me of a group I used to listen to, called Sugar Donut. I came across them because they sang the main songs in a Korean movie I watched a long time ago called Madeleine, and I fell in love with the music and got the OST immediately after.
Here are the two main songs from the movie:
Myut Hae Ji Na (몇해지나) (If you don't like it, give it about a minute - it picks up in the chorus)
Poo Reun Noon Dong Ja (푸른 눈동자)
The versions in the movie are girl rock, sung by Park Jung Ah (who had a part in the movie, too) from Jewelry. I like those version better, but unfortunately Youtube has failed me. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... iggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':hahaha:' />
Here are the mp3s of the Park Jung Ah versions: Poo Reun Noon Dong Ja (Park Jung Ah version) Myut Hae Ji Na (Park Jung Ah vesion)
I also encountered Sugar Donut in the DJ Max series, so they've been around. I haven't kept up with them, so I'm not too sure how good their other stuff is. I leave it to you to go exploring if you like the above. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... #>/meh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':sideways:' />

I think I might nab those songs, too. I like the way the first one is structured, and Myut Hae Ji Na is just plain pwetty. Thanks for the download links and for bringing more K-rock to my attention. It seems this genre suffers from serious underexposure.
