@Zaeleus; The melody is definitely a cover of some nordic folk song I've heard before.

Holy fuck, I have never seen such a confusing dance shot. They're partially sitting in chairs and there are about 5~7 cuts ever single second.

Whoever edited this should be fucking fired. The editing ruins the whole video and it even made me feel dizzy after ~30 seconds and it strained my eyes.

So, a warning for people who have had photosensitive seizures or generally feel sick easily with a lot of effects, zooming and cuts.

Aside from the cuts and flashes, looks like a standard H!P PV on a normal day. Needs more sparkle if you ask me.

The song is growing on me like a weed.

That throws me off. Whenever it comes up it feels like I should be watching a movie about medieval times to accompany it.

To be honest, the only T-Ara MVs I've watched often are the Roly Polys and Lovey Dovey.

I never knew any Roly Poly album songs had MVs besides the title track ! lol

Yayaya actually seems OK from an editing standpoint. It's not making my brain melt.

T-ara's videos have always had seizure-inducing editing, but the Day By Day dance shot really does take the cake. I barely got 30 seconds in before I decided I couldn't watch any more, and that's never happened to me with any of their other videos.

Well, except for every one of their mini-movie style videos, which I quit watching out of boredom.

T-ara's CEO is supposed to make some major announcement regarding T-ara on the 30th. -Article-

It's obviously a publicity stunt, cause it's really weird for an agency to tell us beforehand that they're going to make an announcement. I hope it's nothing too bad <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... >/ohmy.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':o' />

I believe it's probably about the whole Hwayoung bashing on twitter shit that's become a controversy. http://www.reddit.com/r/kpop/comments/x ... n_twitter/ I read about it earlier, but kind of struggled to care past sighing about how much stress I'm sure the members are under thanks to their insane ceo.

CEO : Hwayoung was taken out back and shot because she couldn't perform on her broken leg. Here's a new girl to replace her, cheers. I'm a bitch!

T-ara is an absolute mess right now. I think they might actually be ignoring/angry at Hwayoung, though. At the idol sports event they all left her and she was sitting alone until someone from Infinite talked to her. There's also a video where Eunjung is stuffing cake into her mouth and laughing even though Hwayoung looks visibly uncomfortable.

People are also saying Boram unfollowed her on twitter. So there must be some serious tension behind the scenes that's starting to get so bad they can't even hide it in public. I get that they're super stressed, but it's still no excuse if they are starting to bully Hwayoung because of it.

And now they've got another new girl who they've already admitted they never really see or talk to except when they record the music shows.

I've heard it's really blowing up in Korea, too. People are not happy with the members (except Qri. She hasn't said anything so no one is angry at her yet).

It's a bad mixture in general. Mix a few girls with bad attitudes with a company that openly pits the members against each other and you have a seriously fucked up work environment. That clip of Eunjung force feeding Hwayoung was so uncomfortable to watch - the way Eunjung was smiling like a psycho and baby talking at her. It was seriously like a scene out of a drama about bullying.

I didn't really want to believe that the T-ara members bullied Hwayoung, but then I saw this: http://netizenbuzz.blogspot.com/2012/07 ... story.html and that's pretty legit bullying and it's really sad. I bet Hwayoung is probably going to leave the group, which makes me worried about the new members, especially Dani cause she's so young.

There's translations of what actually started it:

Twitter translations.

Saw some other links too but can't find them, atm. CCM is saying they were all hacked, and that they're making a big announcement regarding T-ara on the 30th.

Found another: public response.

The whole all their twitters got hacked shit is so hilarious. Sure, you can cover up one person saying something stupid with the hacked excuse, but multiple people is just so idiotic I find it hard to believe anyone would buy it.

T-ara have always had twitter drama. Actually, they've just always had drama. This is part of why I've had trouble liking the group, frankly. They always struck me as really passive aggressive. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... hahaha.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':hahaha:' /> I mean, it didn't stop me from enjoying their releases. I really kinda wish the personal lives of celebrities shouldn't be such big issues to begin with.

Apparently Hwayoung is out of the group and, according to CCM, it's her fault.

http://www.allkpop.com/2012/07/breaking ... eave-t-ara

Honestly, I'm not sure what other solution was available, short of nuking the entire group (and that would never have happened). I guess CCM just hopes they can weather the storm of controversy like they did with Jiyeon's webcam [?] striptease fiasco. But they should at least force the remaining members to close their Twitter accounts.

I liked Hwayoung T.T I knew they weren't going to scrap the group, but really they couldn't come up with a better excuse for Hwayoung leaving? I'm really not believing that the staffs went and complained about Hwayoung as a reason for forcing her out of the group.

Oh man, this seriously fucking pisses me off. I can not even begin. I knew they'd do it but it's so, so shitty. Because CCM is the shittiest, most unprofessional company I've ever seen, am I surprised? No. But now they're literally dragging the poor girl through the dirty. Announcing that she's being kicked out not because of the scandal (which we all know is a fucking lie, let's be real) but because, like, 20 staff members complained about her being a bitch, basically? I don't believe that for a second. Jesus christ, this is such bullshit. I'm not even a T-ARA fan (I like some of their songs but the shadey-ness of CCM turned me off of them completely, not to mention I think they're inexcusably weak performers) but this seriously has made me furious. This situation could have been handled without ANYONE being kicked out of the group.

If anyone should have been kicked out of the company, it should have the members starting shit on twitter, not the victim of the tweets.

The kpop world keeps on turning, but this is still complete and total bullshit. Speaking as someone with performance experience, who has been in groups, who has performed on stage in groups and in musicals and in plays, I think anyone with similar experience and say, that some seriously fucked up stuff can go down backstage. People can be very hurtful, jealous creatures. The shit I've had people say to and about me for getting too many singing parts in something, or getting to dance in the center would blow your mind. I feel really, really bad for Hwayoung.

Yeah, but then that meant they would have confirmed the bullying, and by no means they were going to do that. I just hope that Hwayoung will still continue her career in a better company. Oh and Hwayoung basically tweeted that everything that was said about her is BS (which is obvious but still it's nice to know she's alive) :P

I'm not surprised, but I don't see how CCM thinks this is a solution. Everyone is already pissed at the other members and Hwayoung leaving does not make them look any better.

I'm sure Dani is going to have a great time in this group. 14 years old and she doesn't even speak Korean.

Oh, totally. They sweep everything under the rug - Jiyeon strips underaged on the internet and you don't see her getting kicked out. Par for the course with this group. But kicking Hwayoung out makes it more obvious than ever that the bullying was true, as does their painfully flimsy excuse. I can not understand why this was not handled within the company, by reprimanding the girls, having a long discussion, making some deals, seperating Hwayoung from the other members more, basically telling them to stop acting like immature brats - but, no, let's just. Take the easy way out and fire the victim. Ugghhh.

Her sister's first tweet after the announcement:

lol and then she said it's facts without truth. I know that 5dolls/CoEd aren't with CCM anymore, but I was under the impression their new company was also a sub-label under Mnet so I'm surprised they're letting her tweet at all.

Edit: oops, Hwayoung was the one who said it's facts without truth.

I can't believe she's already getting on twitter and talking about it. I guess there's no disclosure agreement or anything like that.

So KKS is pretty much out to get Hwayoung: http://www.allkpop.com/2012/07/ccm-reve ... ing-ensues

Like seriously there are so many other ways to handle this, but they are obviously trying to make Hwayoung the bad guy. Though we probably won't ever know the real story anyway :/
