How long has 2NE1 been teasing their new album now? Come July it'll have already been a year since they've constantly delayed their self-rumored release dates.

Don't even get me started on the new girl group.

2NE1 are my favorite group from YG and I adore CL to death (well... to be honest I adore them all to death) but I think they're living up to that whole "It's been a long time coming, but we're here now" thing too much.

ETA: I was skeptical about them for a while cause it always seems like people don't like them, but this performance sealed it for me.

When I'm listening to it, I like the beat, especially the parts where it gets that videogame-esque beeps going on. Her voice doesn't have the right kind of... for lack of a better word, swag, to pull off a song like this. I love songs like MIA's Bad Girls or even some of Nicki Minaj's more... stupid songs like Beez in the Trap or Stupid Ho that are the same sort of style as this, but she doesn't really pull it off well.

Ugh Bom. Please stop and get some therapy to repair your self image. :( She's one more nip/tuck away from uncanny valley.

This saddens me, because I think the Don't Stop the Music era is when she looked best.

The image colors and font remind me of Miami Vice, but their clothes are... just weird. It's not stylish/cool/funky like they usually are. It reminds me of how Gaga was on pointe and chic at first and then went off the deep end into weirdness. Nothing in that image matches.

BUT

IDGAF in the end, I JUST NEED THE SONG AND IT BETTER BE A SUMMER JAM.

Definitely not feeling this song, and this is coming from someone who was FALLING IN LOVE with Baddest Female. (See what I did there? Awww yeah.) Honestly though, what's up with Bom? It's like she had way too much Botox right before the shoot. I didn't realize there was a plastic surgery issue with her...

I tried to ignore the music and watch the thing at least halfway, but I am just not a fan of reggae-influenced music
