No...they are not as charismatic as Shojo Jidai. Like a poor man's version of a high school talent show version of Shojo Jidai. For a country that mass produces identically beautiful idols, this group sure managed to dig out some funny looking ones.

Edit: I felt bad ranting for half a page about noses. To sum it up, they just didn't look natural to me. If anything it bums me out because agencies can often pressure girls into plastic surgery, so if they DID get nose jobs, then bah.



Completely aside from all that... The song is soooo catchy. I am loving it. I danced like a big dork to it several times today.

This song (SUPA DERPA) is a real sneaker hit.

It is SO horribly dumb, but after hearing it for the first time you catch yourself singing "supa dupa diiiva" one day in the mirror and then you're fucking sold !

It also doesn't help if your flatmate likes it after you've showed it to him and he continously mentions it. =/



But why I actually bumped the thread; do they have any new stuff coming up ? (I'm mainly asking this because of my bicurious flatmate)

The mini-album is fairly solid, and has no ballad, which massively improves it in my eyes. I'd recommend listening to it.

They seem quite a bit sexier and cuter in this video, but also as if they have an extreme amount of make up on them.

While I'm still generally on the fence about kpop and what I like in it, I'd say I like Dal*Shabet second only to Girls Generation. They have some great b-sides, and the remixes are actually worth listening to on them. So much of kpop usually just sounds like rehashed mainstream American stuff, so just being able to make me want to listen to a b-side is a sign of quality, in my opinion.



Also Dal*Shabet have that great quality where they can do cute, sexy, and serious, and not seem entirely out of place.
