Minna no Rhythm Tengoku

Post by Pucchi-Mo »

YAY FINALLY! A 3rd game.

video clip1

Here's a spot for the H!P spam thread's Tengoku mini discussion.

thanks mods, in advance <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... umbsup.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Official Website

Game(JPN):2011/07/21

Soundtrack:2011/08/24

Featuring TNX Artists, such as Ogawa Mana, THE Possible, Canary Club..

I think I also heard TAKERU (the guy who did That's Paradise in the DS game)

It could have just been SOUSHI, because noticed that the CDJapan link credits him. He's the singer from the 1st game's Wish~Kimi wo Matenakute~. I dismissed this possibility because he hasn't done solo work in 4 years(I thought he vanished) but he has just been working in bands instead.

I saw one mini game (with lyrics at the bottom) and there are 12 girl characters holding up books. It would be interesting if the 2 girl groups also had a song together, or maybe the girls are just the random extras who cheer or dance. Is there a NICE GIRL Project group that has 12 girls in glasses?

I wonder if Tsunku sings in the game again. Normally, or vocally altered as the "THANK YOU, VERRRRRRRY MUCHA" frog from the DS game.

Audiosurf is the only good music-related game in existence.

Have you played the series?

Audiosurf is great, but Tsunku Produced music timed specifically to weird ass mini games has a longer lasting appeal to me.

I'm definitely looking forward to this, as Rhythm Tengoku is easily one of the best music series of all time. I didn't know it was this far off though, I thought it was sooner. No rush though. As much as I hate to say it, I kinda wish this was on 3DS instead, cause Wii games get boring after a short while and controls aren't terribly responsive. Either way, I'm sure it'll be great, and hopefully as great as the first 2.

The game itself is exactly a week away. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... hahaha.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':hahaha:' />

I wish it was for DS too, the mini games are perfect in a portable form, but hopefully the experience of the multiplayer mode & whatever other extra features will justify moving it to Wii.

If you don't have a Wii, you can try to emulate it on the PC via Dolphin.

Here are the rest of the NGP/TNX songs (I also posted them earlier on my blog):

Nice Girl Trainees - Bokura no Sedai!

http://youtu.be/tSBbOCYd_s4

THE Possible - I love you Watashi no Kimi

(This is the new song that's on their upcoming DVD as well)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8VYrBjXBaVk

Canary Club - Yagate Onna wa Kirei ni Naru Darou

http://youtu.be/47Wo-_SyudM

Soshi (Kurei Soshi, who sang "Wish ~Kimi ga Matenakute~" on the GBA version) has a song on the game as well (music for the Karate stage), but I haven't found a gameplay video for it yet.

I found Soshi's song

That, the Canary Club & THE Possible songs are so good! Sometimes, I wonder if I always love TNX music because Tsunku has more control over it. There must be too many cooks in the H!P kitchen. H!P is all over the place, but I feel like TNX is always spot on. The new songs are great, but nothing will ever touch Rainy ~Ame ni Utarete~

Wow, they credited U.M.E.D.Y (from Renai Revolution 21) as a vocal part. Oh, maybe that was him in the ending song.

Someone recorded an hour of gameplay.

I want a micro-saru studded gold watch to tell me when my ramen is done cooking. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... ryalot.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':cryalot:' />

Time to break out the Wii and figure out that zone free-ify mod, I guess... <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... smooch.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='=3=' />

Getting a bit off-topic, but whenever people say NGP should just join H!P, this is exactly the reason I'm against it. Sure, they might get more exposure and more constant releases, but the quality of the music would probably go down. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... /noway.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':noway:' />

This guy on YouTube is uploading it, the only vocal song rip so far is I Feel Fine!! though.

Gah the current track on the channel screen when I went there was so good! <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... pyeyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> I definitely need to figure out how to region-free my Wii so I can play this since I already involuntarily (or more like reflexively) ordered the game off Yesasia just now.

I just found an unofficial rip on another forum. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... /ph34r.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

The rip is 320kbps, it sounds pretty good, of course the real OST will have full versions of the vocal songs, but this is great for now. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... umbsup.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

You have to sign up, but it's one of those places where you don't even need posts to see the download links, just register. (way easier than downloading hundreds of individual files from the youtube person) Found it by searching for "Unofficial Rhythm Tengoku Wii music rip" on Google. (ff shrine)

The songs are so good, I swear that BOUNCE BEAT has the first half of LOVE MACHINE's bassline. I hear a bunch of H!P-ish sounds, there's one that is very Koi no Telephone GOAL. I don't see a youtube video of that song, and I don't actually know the level for it. For anyone who gets the rip, the file is labeled "MOU_DOWN".

I like hearing the songs without the sound effects, but the BA-BAM BAM BAM of Sky Badminton is severely missed. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... pyeyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> I think that's my favorite sound effect of the series. I hope the real OST includes a PERFECT version of it as a track.

P.S. They got REALLY LAZY on the Rap level. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... dammit.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':dammit:' /> It's just simple repetition now instead of responding to actual lines.

The game is number 1 in Japan with 118k copies sold.

They really bloated the soundtrack list, it's 4 discs but this is only because they included a [perfect version] for all levels. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... lleyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Also, now they're releasing a smaller version that just has the TNX artist songs + instrumentals, available through the TNX site and events.

Minna no Rhythm Tengoku Zen Vocal Shuu

みんなのリズム天国全ボーカル集 GFCG-14002/¥1,800

Forget the stupid boring daisuki rap,

Manzai is amazing. (nico-douga link) It's better quality than the youtube clip of Manzai (different video) ..just in case you don't have a nico account.

Love the song, the word play, and the spazzing out? Oh sweet, I just realized that's an endless game.
