Cool, a win for Mayu. The last thing of AKB's I saw was that Labrador Retriever song and she seemed to be center for that, so I can't say I'm surprised with this result. Either way, I like her look, so we'll see what happens.
 
The thing I'm most interested in though is that new AKB documentary coming out soon if it hasn't already. I love me some AKB documentaries, and this one has Yuko's graduation and Rino's number 1 election result, so I kind of want to see what all went down around those two events. EXCITEMEEENT.

I just copy pasted that list, I have no idea who half those girls are. Apart from like 5 girls. So yeah. Aside from the music, I don't care much. xD  Akimoto and his team shuffle them around like pawns on a chess board.

I got the Rythme music game off iTunes. (You need a Japanese iTunes account to get it, but it's free!) And I have NO idea who anyone else aside from a few of the older girls. It's even worse because it's only the AKB girls and none of the other 48 groups. Any of the girls that I would have known have been transferred to other teams in the 48 groups.

I was gonna say it could just be a really padded bra at first (push up bras come as thick as 2 cup sizes bigger sometimes), but they look like they could be a boob job for real. She certainly wasn't subtle about it with how much she added.

I don't have much in the way of AKB48 CD albums, but I enjoy the ones I have. Catchy upbeat songs by a female chorus with simple melodies. Pleasant, engaging, but nothing too challenging. Just what I'm in the mood for a lot of the time. Recently it occurred to me that I haven't been following AKB48 too closely in the last few years and maybe it was time to pick up another 2-disc CD album. Well, there I was in Book Off on Friday night and what did they have for $15? AKB48: 1830m. So I bought it. And listened to it today. It may just be the best AKB48 album I have.

Kojima Haruna and Minegishi Minami are the last now, I believe. I'm not surprised either, but she just feels like the lifeblood of AKB to me. More than all the top tier members who've left, it feels like hers will affect my view of the group the most. I'm not sure Yui will be able to replace her.
