I guess Berryz new theme in life is Asia. I don't love this, but I don't hate it either. I'm liking the better line distribution these past couple singles, and Captain is absolutely killing it.

To be honest, when I read the title "Golden Chinatown", I though of this, and I was a litttle disappointed that it was nothing like it. However, I still like the song.

Meh, perhaps it will grow on me. I bridge is interesting though. Sounds a lot like Asian Celebration to me and even though i love that song to death I was hoping for something different.

Have you listened to Berryz's entire discography? That's like getting a new MM single and complaining that there's hardly any Reina on it. :/



This song is great. Berryz rule and really should be the flagship group, they've been kicking MM's ass for years. Oooh Momoko says 'FantaSEE' instead of 'FantaJII!' good for her.



Also I hope that Saki announcing Miyabi as sub-captain has nothing to do with Saki thinking of leaving and this being a seamless transition for Miyabi to become Captain. >.>

This is so disappointing from them, but still better than anything else H!P has put out since early last year. The Asia thing is getting a little old and I feel like they're just getting into a rut now that they may not recover from. Here's to hoping, but they're getting old and losing lots of pedo fans to S/mileage and MM, they may be past the point of no return, sales and popularity-wise :(

I don't think it's a bad song, but I don't think it's anything great. To me, it seems to be missing a "punch" or some sort of flair and feels repetitive. "Meh."

With five editions though the sales may be upthere.

It could be 20 editions and I doubt it'll make a difference. C-ute is blowing up because they've been working 10 times harder than everyone else, and they're gaining a large number of the important female fan demographic.



Unless there's some kind of massive shake up, Berryz is far too stagnant to make any kind of impact.

Which seemed to be the point in appointing sub-captain Miya, so I think Berryz will try to work harder the rest of this year. Captain seemed to want to split the responsibilities to do this between her and Miya.

When I saw her last year SERIOUSLY she was a STAR. She stood out so much, so many people were talking about how good she was. She SPARKLES on the stage, OH my god, she is incredible, maybe she just had an off day on that performance, girl is friggin STUNNING. She looks way thinner in real life too, damn cameras. She's not as serious as Zukki, who I don't know about recently but last year she looked like she was going to cry the whole concert.
