This might be the thing to get me to pay attention to 6nin S/mileage. My only complaint is that Akari should be wearing white short shorts instead of a skirt. It also kind of bugs me that they don't have the S/mileage logo anywhere on their outfits.

I get the feeling if they hadn't made this single into a double A side, Atarashii Watashi ni Nare! would have been the B side, because that's how S/mileage singles seem to roll these days. I'm excited to see what the PV will look like; the dance looks pretty awesome.

Okay, I'll be that guy. The song is awesome and I'm looking forward to it, but parts of the choreography and the outfits are way too suggestive considering the ages of some of the members. There are plenty of Momusu concert outfits that show more skin, but the cut and shape aren't as mature. Idk. I don't like it. I'm surprised Rob hasn't said anything considering he always complains about Smileage's short skirts, lol.



In conclusion; dnw 14 and 15 year old girls writhing on each other in short skirts and tube tops. Not to mention pretty much everyone besides Kanon and Ayaka looks about half their age. Seriously, if I didn't know better, I would think Meimi and Akari were like, 12.

C-ute is what is hot in HP now, so they're obviously trying it out with the S/mileys to see it will work with them. They've been in a bit of a slump so I'm all for the change.

I don't get the big deal with showing their stomachs. So it's cut a little mature I don't think it's really a big deal.

It's not really the showing of the stomach - it's the fact that they're basically dressed in sexy librarian halloween costumes, lol. It's not the showing of the belly, or the barely-there tube tops, it's the context created by the rest of the outfit, not to mention the very sexy opening to the song.

Apparently it's something for Kana? She's supposed to become a 'Super Yattaruchan' and has until August. Akari is supporting her and they now have twitters for updates and so you can tweet advice. Edit: Lurkette from H!O summed it up:
Kananan is expected to become "Super Yattaruchan" and Takechan will be looking out for that as well. They will be doing certain things to achieve this between August and next March. 
 
They have both joined Twitter. @kana_nakanishi and @akari_takeuchi, and if you use the hashtag #yattaruchan_narou to describe your status as a "Dekinai-chan" or "Samishii-chan," (or whatever adjective) then one of the two of them might respond with advice for you on how to become Yattaruchan.
 
There will be 5 versions, and ABC will have DVDs included. No information yet on B-sides.

No one seems to be quite sure what a Yattaruchan is supposed to be on the other forums I've looked at. Someone sort of interpreted it as a person who succeeds at what they do? Maybe? Sort of?
